My wife and I were out of town and our son informed us that for atleast a week our sprinklers were not working, he checked breakers and personally I knew our irragation pump was badly corroded at the base, so I assumed pump needed to be replaced which was bad timing since it hasn’t been raining and grass and plants were real dry, on a Sunday I emailed Jason even though they were closed, Monday morning he got in touch with me and the same day he had his guys stop by to assess the issue which ended up being a timer box issue, they replaced it the same day and pump worked, I highly recommend Loxahatchee Irragation for there quick service, honesty and communication, Thank You!

I called several irrigation companies in the area for a dire situation that I felt was dire. A large branch fell off one of the big trees in our backyard and hit the canal but in the process broke off our PCP pipe that fed water to our sprinkler system from the canal. Everyone I called claimed they were backed up weeks. I left a message with Loxahatchee irrigation just like I had with the others. Very few called I think maybe one didBut they wanted to not only wanted to book me two weeks down the road but they also wanted me to leave my credit card number. I don't work that way. But Loxahatchee irrigation did call me back and I believe the guys name is is Jason. Very nice on the phone came out like that same day he called back, Took a look at the situation and fix it the next day. I can't say enough about this company. I will use them in the future and I am letting go the two other irrigation companies I've used in the past. Thank you Loxahatchee irrigation! You are the best and I'm truly grateful! These guys were amazing. Super responsive, reasonably priced and terrific to deal with. My sprinkler timer broke and they had someone one the same day, I called and they ordered a new timer for next day installation. They are definitely my go-to company going forward for sprinkler service.

Unlike the big box stores you can always talk to someone who has had hands-on experience saving you time, money, and repeat trips back to the store because the salesperson forgot to mention that you will need one or two things extra. I highly recommend this place for all projects big and small.

Highly, highly recommend this place! I needed just 10 more of a hard-to-find drip irrigation emitter and spaghetti tubing to complete my home irrigation project. They had them! Great service and kindness from the man who helped me. I live in WPB and just happened to be in the area (to view the corpse flower at the Bamboo Nursery) -- serendipity!

Great customer serviceMy well pump went bad and after calling 3 other local companies with no luck to high estimates I decided to go directly to Loxahatchee Irrigation got the pump and 20 minutes later Shawn and his crew were already installing it ready to go!! I took a photo of my system and all the parts were in stock. High quality pump with a 5 year warranty. The big box store equipment is cheap and they didn't even sell an 1 1/2" indexing valve. I was in and out of the store in about 5 min. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
