Worst packaging I've ever seen. I wouldn't mail an empty box from this store ever again. I mailed a $1500 amp to a buyer and it arrived totally demolished almost as if it was thrown of the truck. The packing had 8 -10 inches of space between the box and amp. If you try to call it says number is out of service. When went to the store the manager was not answering their phone and the employee said they wouldn't be back until July 10th. The employee didn't offer in helping to make the insurance claim.

I was highly impressed with the stores manger Rene, he was very understanding and hard working and very fast on the assignment even tho he was by himself. He helped everybody very fast.

Rene is the backbone of this UPS Store! His professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude make every visit a breeze. Whether it’s shipping, printing, or any other service, he handles everything with care and expertise. Honestly, the store wouldn’t run the same without him. Went there and this kid had no idea how to return my Amazon package. He was like “where is the bag? You need the bag or it won’t get returned/refunded..”
It was from Amazon! Isn’t that the point of dropping it off to UPS? After it got scanned in, I got refunded. Whoever is working there today does not know how Amazon returns work.

I am very surprised to see a rating of 3.9 for this UPS store. Every time I go to the store, the two young men who work there are always very friendly. They great customers immediately when they come in the door even if they’re busy. They are extremely efficient and helpful and every way. This is the only UPS store that I go to now.
