Wow....I literally am in total shock. Just had the worst experience at a professional brick n mortar....and a chain at that....UPS....WOULD BE HORRIFIED TO see the treatment I received from Jared. Little red head child you acted like one and said it was because I was Then called me homophobic terms....I cannot wait to tell the manager, I think Renee....after 20 mins of asking for them to write down the managers number....( all because they don't have a pen)...jared tolled his eyes and Laughed when I asked him to write down Renee's NJ number so I can complain....he then said smiling, good luck he is on vacation to Puerto rico or Dominican Republic... somewhere I don't knowWere his exact words. Mind you, this is only the top of the icebergI hope the owner is HORRIFIED by this and does and immediate Hr investigation.Wonder if corporate will call me before Renee does

Garrett at the UPS store always greats me with a smile and asks how I'm doing. Very professional, efficient, and responsible young man. Great customer service skills. Makes the Loxahatchee UPS store more efficient.

I am a regular customer to this location and I am always happy to be helped by your store manager Rene. He is super helpful when it comes to assisting me and makes sure I am in and out very quickly. I would say this is the best UPS store I've been to and I always leave very satisfied!

Decided to try new store! Big Mistake. It was raining and on the door it had a note " be back in 15 minutes" I asked myself from when? Went to Publix and came back waited another 10 minutes and watched seven customers leave. so after 20 minutes I left and couldn't believe that this is a normal practice. Must have someone there during business!

I went in to return 4 items with return codes, and the guy was super rude. A lady came in behind me and goes “can I just drop this one item off, and I also want a return receipt” and he goes “sure” and takes her package, scans it, and gives her a receipt back as if I am not literally standing there before her in the middle of being helped. What is that? Last time I checked I wasn’t a ghost. I consider myself a pretty nice person, if she would of asked me or let me know she was in a rush I would of let her go ahead, or really the blame is on the ups worker because he should of asked me directly if it’s okay that she cuts ahead of me. For the ups worker and her to just decide amongst themselves that her being helped before me was more important, which makes no sense because I’m literally standing there already in front of her with my stuff on the counter, that’s one of the most disrespectful and absurd things I’ve ever been involved in.

Jonah at the Loxahatchee groves UPS went above and beyond helping me with a return. Amazon and their vendors were not clear in their return instructions. Jonah took the time to explain the difference in the QR codes, what they mean, how they differ, and which need to be boxed for a label. Very intelligent young man, extremely informative, and patient while explaining so that next time I will arrive ready. While helping me he was still able to expedite the process in order to help others so they didn't have to wait. We need more people like Jonah in our world. Rene is also an excellent employee,a hard worker that never stops. He helped me brainstorm ideas on how to get my package mailed without going home and returning at a later time. He has a beautiful smile on his face at all times and when I came back with a partially wet box he made sure it was taped and secure enough to ship. Both of them helped me fix a mistake and switched labels on to the appropriate boxes. Dynamic Duo!!

What a great store. Always a friendly and courteous experience, unlike some of the other local UPS stores. The employees there should be commended for awesome customer relations.
