I went here because I wanted to avoid the big chain stores but I regret it and it's been a long journey with this store to get things right. Through them I ordered a new stone and head for my wedding ring. They set it crooked and gave me grief about it. They tried to fix it right then and there but it didn't work. They tried again, I got home and within 20 minutes one prong immediately snagged a towel, it was sticking up. I took it back and they ordered a new head. Then they had a diamond setter at another location set it since their in house jeweler was struggling to make it right. Four months later the whole head sheered completely off. I don't sleep with it on, I don't work with it on. No explanation as to why it came off without hitting it. Looking at the bottom it was being held on by the tiniest soldering. The sales people were nice enough at the beginning but I felt like I met with objections or justification through the whole process. I'm just glad I found the head with my stone.

Great experience. Fixed my tennis bracelet like it was brand new. It was ready sooner than promised. Very friendly staff, especially April.

Stopped in while on vacation in the area to get a new watch resized. Was greeted by 2 super cute pups at the door. Inside the place has some amazing horse themes going on and everyone was super friendly. Did a great job resizing my watch band for a great price. Took care of it right away. So much cool equestrian jewelry in the small store. Check it out if in the area.

Wow. Just wow! I walked into Van Dell's today to see if there was any way a little repair may be made on my grandmother's gold bangle and anklet and couldn't have been greeted warmer. The hospitality and kindness Van Dell's Jewelers generates at this location is awesome and felt immediately upon arrival. When asked if repairs were done at this jeweler, the generous ladies listened to my concerns and proceeded to first clean my jewelry and then fix the problem! It was a short wait and my pieces came out better than I ever could have imagined. They came back to life again! Before arriving, I was expecting to make a payment before any alterations were made and to come back another time but the ladies here at Van Dell's did everything beautifully, free of charge. I'm so happy I found a quality, neighborly jeweler like Van Dell's and plan on my family and I being loyal customers. Thank you so much!

"Dwight" and Staff were incredibly friendly today and personable. I couldn't wait to give my wife the necklace that I had purchased for her for our 1st Year Wedding Anniversary. Looking forward to returning for additional appraisals and purchases. This location is conveniently located to our home in Binks Pointe, Wellington. Thank you so much! Parking / Access is very easy. They have a very vast and wide selection of items.

Excellent service. Lost a diamond from a ring and thought it would be thousands to replace and fix. Elated to find they could replace the stone and the gold to form the prong to fix it. Cleaned and inspected my other ring to find that it was close to its point of failure. It looks like a new ring again.

My grandmother was a jeweler. I received such amazing service I felt as though I was back in her store! If you’re looking for a jewelry store with courteous and thoughtful service this is the place to go. Monique was amazing. It is so rare to go into a jewelry store and not feel rushed. She took so much time to understand what I needed and make sure I had everything exactly the way I wanted. I can tell you that this will be my store of choice from now on. I’m so lucky to have this store in my own neighborhood. Thank you again for the excellent service!

This place is amazing! Monique went above and beyond to help me pick an amazing ring for my Fiancé. I went back and forth allot but they were calm and collected and really helped me pick the perfect ring! Thanks guys.

Very rude customer service. Apart from having us waiting 20 minutes to get help, once we did the employee seemed to hate her job or hated dealing with customers as her condescending attitude scared us right out the door. Would never come back or recommend to anyone.

I usually go to the other location close to me and deal with Dwight. But Dwight was too busy and I called this location and Alex was able to fit me in and deal with my limited schedule, which I appreciate immensely. Very nice and beautiful selection. Also the most handsome dog, bull will greet you with some loving!
