Today was my 5,1/2 yr old French bulldog’s first visit to the Acreage Animal Clinic. Dr. Abed, and Hoda (his wife/Assistant), are both very professional and very personable. You can tell how much they really care about peoples pets because of the questions they ask and how they actually handle and treat them. I am especially grateful to Hoda for allowing me to “…bring Max in anytime” without needing to make an appointment. The Office is very inviting and the exam rooms and work areas are very clean and smell especially good. Parking was very good! I will continue taking Max to Dr. Abed and Hoda. Thank you both again very much for your care and treatment of Max today.

Doctor was very rude. I called and went in this place couple times.and he refused to give me the right information. I waisted my time.

We love Dr. Abed, Tatiana and everyone in the office. They are so helpful with helping me and my first cat. My Wynnie can be a handful in the office, and still are nice and gentle with her. I get her vaccines, rabies and chip with them. Highly recommend!

I just moved to Westlake and learned about Acreage Animal Clinic only about 2 miles away. I took my 9 year-old male cat to Dr. Abed for a problem with one of this eyes. Dr. Abed quickly diagnosed the issue and prescribed a remedy for it. In addition, he found that my cat had an ear infection and horrible black debris in his ears! I was surprised and disappointed because I had just taken my cat to his regular vet before I moved from Miami Beach, and that vet had never found the ear infection. Dr. Abed and his staff, Hoda and Tatiana, are highly efficient but they also take time to be very personable with every patient. I can't recommend them enough!

We are very happy with the loving care and professionalism of this Clinic and Dr. Mohamed. Very nice and friendly they took a very good care of our German Shepherd Molly.Highly recommend this Vet.Thank you so much!

I have been bringing 4 dogs and 2 cats to Dr. Abed for almost a decade now. Whether it's surgeries or just their annuals; I wouldn't trust any other vet with my animals. Hoda and Melanie are terrific too!

We have been using Dr. Abed for the last 10 years. He has saved 3 of our animals so far. Our American Bulldog was a rescue and had erlichya. Was bleeding out , dehydrated and couldn’t move on her own power. We rushed her to the animal hospital off of Folsom road as Dr. Abed was closed that day. The vets at the animal hospital wouldn’t even look at my dog until I paid $500. Once I paid the fees. I was told she needed blood transfusions, meds and had to go to another facility everything was going to cost roughly $4500 to start. I was told this whole the Vet as he was eating his sandwich. They kept her overnight and we were told they would monitor and try to hydrate and give meds to stabilize her. The following morning I called Doc Abed and he told me to bring her to him. I had to pay an additional $1300 to Folsom before they would release my animal. I asked for her meds that we had already paid for and the treatment record. Took everything to Doc Abed. They ran no labs, gave her saline and the meds were nothing more than vitamins. He threw everything over and started from ground zero. Dr Abed had my animal healthy again and home with her family in 3 days. We even brought her home with us at night and brought her back in the mornings when they opened. I truly love, respect and trust this entire clinic. Wonderful people, masters of their craft, great communications and treats our animals as their own. This is only 1 of the many interactions I have had where if it weren’t for this team we would have lost our animals. I will not go anywhere else with my animals!!!

????????????Attention Do Not Take Your Pets To The Acreage Animal ClinicI took her there to get her teeth cleaned they over anesthetized her gave her too much anesthesia. They put her under at 1:00 PM yesterday afternoon and she was completely still out of it by 6 o’clock last night. I then went to their office to see if my dog was OK and the doctor suggested that I take her to the emergency 24 hour clinic to have her looked at. The doctor then told me that it was perfectly normal that she was still very sedated wasn’t able to stand up and completely out of it six hours after they cleaned her teeth. Took her to the emergency clinic they said that is not normal and they over and Anesthetized her with anesthesia and I’m very lucky that I have her next to me at home right now. Then just noticed that she has black and blues all over her chest and her neck??everyone needs to know … they overdosed her and I had to take her to 24hr emergency… they almost killed her and now We found these Bruises on her

This doctor prescribed medicine for my 15 yr old cat that has a side effect of causing kidney damage when he was notofied she had kidnet disease. After returning face go face he tried to grab the medicine from me after admitting his imcompetance. Avoid at all costs.

My wife and I took our cat to check on a loss of fur issue that hasn't gone away. The reception and nurse was top notch! Very caring and friendly staff that made us feel at home. However, when the doctor came in the room our opinion quickly changed. He seemed in a hurry and didn't treat our cat in a gentle fashion. Until then, okay. I'm sure he sees tons of animals on a regular basis. Then he did not have the patience to explain to us what we needed to know. He prescribed half a dozen different meds. And when I politely asked about the antibiotics he became very annoyed to have to explain his opinion and was very rude. After I told him "if you don't have the time right now we can come back another time". He calmed down and gave us the info we needed. He finally agreed that we should start with the anti-fungal meds and hold off the antibiotics and not just "throw everything at it and see what sticks". In the end we got what we needed but we shouldn't have to go through such a tense and awkward moment because we needed more than 5minutes of his time. And being rude to paying customers by saying "you are confusing yourself" is just unacceptable. All we wanted was to understand the reason for the antibiotics and the potential cause of the hair loss. I don't think that is too much to ask.
