Sent in oven board he said he fixed and returned it.the board didn't work sent it back because that's what he required for my refund have been trying to get my refund for days I sent proof of delivery still waiting on refund.hes unprofessional he's holding a part of my refund because the pist office messed up.

Tony is awesome, sent in a board for our frigidaire oven. He found the problem and fixed it quickly and promptly sent it back to us. Mistakenly we put it on and found it burnt out another piece from issues with the oven itself. Send it back and he was able to fix it a second time at no cost. Saved us from having to purchase a $3k oven to fix the exact space in our new home! He’s a great guy to do business with, will always recommend and think of him in the future! Thanks again Tony!

My 19 year old Whirlpool double ovens’ control panel was bad. Luckily I only live 30 minutes from Board Busterz. Tony fixed it in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Ovens now work perfectly. Spectacular service at a great price!!

Wow!!!! Tony is incredible! Thank goodness I found him. So knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, fast and reasonable! Instead of buying a new fridge, he fixed our circuit board and we are chilling again! So lucky and grateful we found him!

My Kitchenaid double oven was not heating up. I had a local appliance repair company come check it out. They said my control board was no good. To make matters worse, I was told the control board was discontinued and nobody had stock. My oven was only 9 years old. Was I really about to spend $5k to buy a new unit?
I did an online search and came across Board Busterz out of Florida. It was a long shot, but I was desperate so i decided to call. I spoke with Tony and he was able to rectify the problem within minutes. He found me a new board and shipped it FedEx. I just installed it and my oven works properly again. I would highly recommend Tony and his company.

I sent Tony the board from my GE wine cooler. He fixed it the same day he received it and promptly mailed it back the next day. He is very fair in his charges and even includes the return postage. When I received the board and installed it my wine cooler, it didn't work. I called Tony and told him this. I really expected him to say, "Sorry that is your problem as I completely rebuilt your board." Instead, he said, "Let me let me do some research on your model of wine cooler." A few minutes later he texted me some information about things to try. Miraculously, the wine cooler started working on its own. I guess it just needed to be plugged in for awhile. It's been working great ever since. Tony's customer service is excellent. I give Board Busterz a well-deserved 5 stars!!

Tony repaired a red bull eco board for us that had a non starting compressor. Was doubtful that it could be done but it came back, we popped it back in and it fired right up! Saved my red bull cooler, thanks!!!

My 2003 Kitchenaid wall oven started giving me some trouble. It would shut off after being on a few minutes to 15 mins. I would get an error code F3 E2. I researched the issue and it was an issue related to the control board. Impossible to find a replacement since the part was discontinued long ago. I had 2 options, replace with new and spend nearly $2K or find a place that could repair the existing board. There are a few companies that repair boards. I decided to give BB a try and couldn't be happier. My oven is working like new thanks to Tony at BB. His cost to repair was about HALF of some of the "big company" repair outfits. He repaired and returned it quickly. A++ experience. Highly rated if you are looking for a board repair.

Great experience. My second peanut in the board and first with board busters. Felt like I was working with someone from my small town my family has know. Forever and can trust, but I’ve never met him and live 12+ hours away.
Great communication, fast service, and he even held my board for a few extra days so it didn’t arrive until I was back from vacation. Top notch and fair/competitive pricing.
Also if your oven is like mine (20 yr old double oven) you either repair the board or you have to update your entire kitchen because you can’t find replacement boards. Don’t be intimidated and give it a shot. Watch some YouTube videos, pull the board, and send it to board busters. It’s easier than you think and it saved me tens of thousands of dollars.

Charged me a little over $100 to tell me my circuit board was fine cause he checked the "taps." He then recommended I replace the wiring harness which is not easy to do in a downdraft vent. Needless to say the problem wasn't the wiring harness. Sent the board back off to a reputable company that spent more than a day diagnosing the problem all to find out that the issue was in fact an irreparably bad circuit board.
