Scammers, we turned to cricket mobile because of all the advertising on Facebook an they claim they have good coverage in loxahatchee, TERRIBLE! they double charged us for the month an said it'll be used for next months credit an if we wanted that credit returned back they would cancel our plan. When we're on the 29 days we are leaving this fraud company

took my phone to activate and employee said it was locked and there was nothing they could do. took it to cricket in wellington and they activated it in less than 5 minutes. whoever was working on 12-28-23 does not know what they were doing and was rude

Adriana the sales rep had a nasty attitude from the second I walked in crossing her arms and looking at me like she didn't want to help me! A male walked in after me she kept looking back as I was trying to ask a question relenting to help me. I just left they really need to get better personnel in this store nasty attitude keep it at home Adriana!!!

Comment not so much about the store as it is about Cricket. Been bombarded with messages saying your phone will not work on network come Feb,2022. Purchased a Google Pixel 6 and was told that the phone also is not compatible but they will give me one of their cheap phones. Check phone's imei number with most cellular companies and found out that my old Samsung S8 and the new Pixel 6 are all compatible with other service providers. Cricket is going down the wrong road. I was told by the agent to find another cell phone company.
