My dog, princess got the best loving care with Dr. Yanguas and her staff. Our visit was urgent. I explained the tumor she had was rapidly growing and they immediately began to take care of my dog. The veterinarian Dr. Yanguas listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.I’m thankful we were recommended Dr. Yanguas.

This vet used to be very customer service, and they really cared for their customers. My parents and me brought our animals here for years and I even used to volunteer on the weekends to help out. Keep in mind, I live in Broward County.I would stay far away from this vet. I was house sitting for my parents and one of their dogs got loose, he came back the next day with a infected puncture wound on his belly so I rushed him to this vet during busniess hours and they charged $1800 for 4 staples and tube to drain the infection. My parents have had many emergency visits here which never costed over $400. When I rushed my parents dog there, not even 30 mins later they called me to pick up the dog. Barley 30mins, 4 staples and a tube cost $1800? While I was waiting in the waiting room to pick up my dog, Maria came out and started to be rude right off the bat basically saying it’s my fault the dog got out. Maria has been very rude the last couple times I have been there, as well as the staff.Because of an unpaid visit that was NOT my parents fault, another one of my parents dog that has been under Maria’s care for years now, is no longer allowed there. They declined to supply him with his heart medication.Another time, while my parents dogs were puppies, one of the puppies got ahold of some medication and swallowed a pill. We called the emergency line right away with no answer. Finally got ahold of Maria and she said not to worry and that “she just got home”.. the puppy was not looking so good so we kept on contacting Maria till she finally agreed to check him out. Got to the place and of course Maria was rude. It was VERY difficult to get an emergency visit even though they are “suppose” to be 24/7 according to their website. Iv had two kittens die there along with my bunny that passed away an hour after picking her up from there which was about two years ago.All and all, this vet just cares about making thier money. They do no care about the well-being of the animals brought in nor their customers.

This vet used to be great. But in the recent year it has become more business oriented, less customer service. I am very disappointed in Maria. I have always brought my dogs and cats here. I have one male chihuahua that has been under her care and is taking heart medication. But due to an overpriced emergency visit that a family member accrued she is now refusing medication. This will result in his death !!! Thanks Maria

I don’t know how our story will end yet, as my pet is fighting for her life, but I would like to say that I’m happy I went to this clinic. The doctor is very sweet, but more importantly knowledgeable and caring! They are NOT there to rip you off, they help and try to get the best results or at least suggest the best direction they can. If they think something is needed to be done, they run by you and explain the cost. NO unnecessary procedures were done. All what I would have asked myself, if they didn’t propose.I truly appreciate the attention, and the amount of time spent talking and explaining everything to me. Everyone answered questions, regardless of how many I had.I appreciate you all.

Great staff. They love animals and will treat them like family. The vet is extremely caring, reliable, and trustworthy. They provide a high level of care at reasonable prices. I live an hour away and they are still my primary vet. Highly recommended.

We will be eternally grateful to Dr. Maria Yanguas for the amazing surgery performed on our senior Morkie rescue. It is a very busy office but the wait is worth as Dr. Yanguas and her staff are truly good to their patients. I highly recommend this Veterianarian clinic.

WARNING: Vet does not practice safe techniques (blood taken with no anterior or on first and dirty fingers were used to stop the blood) and does not perform tests (blood chemistry) and treatment (pain, fever reducer, and fluids) that were discussed. The vet tech told me that my 3 year old cat had a large abdominal mass and was not going to get better, then left me crying in a room for an hour and a half. They kept him for "fluids" and meds but gave him nothing for a high fever, pain, and had no iv for fluids. Almost $2000 later and 3 days of suffering for him and us, I take him to Anzer Animal hospital and there is NO MASS (thank God), and he is being treated for a bladder infection. Stay clear of the heartache!

Our dog got into something she wasn’t supposed to. We went in late on a Saturday and the vet stayed with us until late at night to be sure we covered all the bases with our dog. She looked after her as if she was one of her own. Our dog spent the night with the vet in her house to be sure she got the best care. Even after we picked her up she continuously checked in to see how she was doing. I can’t say enough great things about the care our dog received! Thank you!!!!

We know dr. Y And for a long time, before moving house, she has always treated our dogs since they were born. Recognizing her and correctly diagnosing her makes us not trust anyone else and she continues diagnosing problems of our dogs and prescribing the necessary medications from far away, and all way is the correct diagnosis and perfect medication. having Dr. Y we remain calm because we know from experience that we can continue to count on her honesty, professionalism and kindness and friendship. We consider Dr. Y another member of our family

I've been to dozens of veterinary hospitals around West Palm Beach Florida. Loxahaxi grows veterinary hospital is the best I mean the greatest that I've ever been to They have been so awesome and take such good care of your Fur babies and their mothers and fathers. I don't even have the words to say how awesome and great they really are.

We came with our pregnant dog with some concerns. We waited over an hour without having any contact with the vet. Our dog was taken back twice without us. They wouldn’t allow us to go back with her, even with her being extremely pregnant and having separation anxiety. Numerous employees asked us if she was our dog and basic questions that they wouldn’t need to ask if they kept basic records. They took blood and didn’t explain why they needed it, and they had such a limited understanding of our concerns, they went about testing our dog and I felt uncomfortable with things happening without my consent. I am thankful that they eventually got rid of all concerns and that the tests came back as normal. The vet at the end spoke with us and answered our questions and took the time for us, but the whole ordeal was frustrating and nerve wracking.
