“After having an awful experience at another AT&T store (apparently an authorized retailer rather than a certified AT&T store), we came here and Lucas was fantastic! He was very knowledgable and helpful in finding the right solution to our needs, as well as finding the best plan updates for our family. I highly recommend coming here if you need anything and avoiding the authorized retailers. Thanks Lucas!”

“I had a wonderful experience at this Cricket location. The manager, Sujely, was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of purchasing a new phone. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Her team member, Hailey, was also very kind and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. In addition, this was by far the cleanest and most well-kept Cricket store I have visited. The excellent customer service and overall environment make this location stand out, and I would highly recommend it to others.”
