Where is the - 5 ?Blind leading the blind. Like they spin a wheel on the time your prescription is ready for pick and the arrogance is spectacular. Was in a panic as my daughter had itchy hives. I was told mid-morning Friday, today, the prescription would be ready and don't worry we have plenty of it. Went there mid-afternoon and those bozo's said it will be ready on Tuesday. Really? My wife even got a text stating they have the prescription! The head arrogant druggie said they can have it ready in 15 minutes. So which is it I asked ?? I was told this morning it's ready, then this afternoon ready on Tuesday then 15 minutes. Cluster-F there!

This publix has impeccable customer service, especially this one young lady named alex. She was bagging me order and started up a lovely conversation, and was so kind when helping me to my car. This is what we need today, more people like this young lady!

This Publix has been a disappointment waaay before Covid/corona even happened. It's just gotten worse after. I can't wait until Westlake puts a better grocery store up. Publix has gotten away with this because they are the only grocery store in the neighborhood. The only good thing about this store is their employees. They have always been super nice and helpful. That being said, shopping here takes you back in time like shopping in the 90's. Same old same OLD vanilla boring set up. Basic boring same old grocery items, etc. Their meat is awful! Everyone has known for YEARS that they put blood over the meat to make it look red and fresh. We all know once you look in the middle or flip the meat over it's brown and old looking. Their chicken has a strange yellow tint to it, with white lines running throughout and it always cooks tough. Their produce is always half rotting and BORING. Go to a Trader Joe's or whole foods and then go back to Publix and you'll immediately see the difference. There's no variety. Nothing exciting or new. If you're looking for an already cooked meal, HA! Only if you're looking for greasy picnic food. Fried chicken, Mac n cheese, potato salad, etc. No thanks!!! I spend so much money on 3 bags of "groceries" and waste so much too!! Can't wait until new options pop up soon in the area. We so need it!

It's in a very needy spot. Not much to choose from in this area.
