This location went above and beyond when my daughter had the flu. I moved my families prescriptions here and I'm happy with the service.

Can't get anyone to answer the phone. It rings then they hang up on you. In person, service is fine but, you must be present to get service.

Blind leading the blind. Like they spin a wheel on the time your prescription is ready for pick and the arrogance is spectacular. Was in a panic as my daughter had itchy hives. I was told mid-morning Friday, today, the prescription would be ready and don't worry we have plenty of it. Went there mid-afternoon and those bozo's said it will be ready on Tuesday. Really? My wife even got a text stating they have the prescription! The head arrogant druggie said they can have it ready in 15 minutes. So which is it I asked ?? I was told this morning it's ready, then this afternoon ready on Tuesday then 15 minutes. Cluster-F there!

I have been pleased with every visit. My prescription is filled in a timely fashion. Their prices for the prescriptions are competitive. The people behind the counter are very helpful and pleasant.

Daniel at the pharmacy is rude and needs to learn customer service. I really hope he’s still an intern so he can continue his education. I wish I could put less then 1 star; giving an attitude to a stressed out pregnant woman is extremely unnecessary. People go to a pharmacy because they need a medication and already stressed out with what they are dealing with, there is no need for you (Daniel) as a professional that chose this profession to be rude to customers. Then when we try to explain why we’re upset, Daniel chose to start arguing with us and walk away after he got his last word in and drink his monster energy drink (which is probably what caused his irritability). Customer service is key, and there was none there.Customers there is a Walgreens across the street very professional and they talk to you about the prescription and help. Might be better off going there. Not to take away from the ladies working there that were kind and apologetic for him and his actions, (do not have her name) but she was very nice and helped calm the whole situation (while he continued to sip on his monster drink) this was all avoidable if the pharmacist Daniel did not continue to argue with us for pressing the button 3 times.

They are just not compassionate at all towards people during these difficult times.. I will travel a long way before I go there again! I saw a review that said the owners were great, maybe they are, but if they’re not there, the employees make you feel like your bothering them and are just unhelpful, unhappy and cold... not what you need when you need medicine...

I am not surprised at the ratings as this particular store just seems to have some exceptionally self-entitled patrons (It's ridiculous). So take the lower ratings with a grain of salt. Eric and Kelly, the pharmacists are top notch, fast, given their extremely high volume, and accommodating -within the confines of state and federal regulations of course (They are very strict so don't you dare play games with them). This is the best pharmacy that I have ever used, and my wife was so impressed that she moved her 5 monthly prescriptions over from Walgreens to here. For those complaining, try the Walgreens down the street or the Publix at Ibis. You'll change your tune. But then again you're probably the same person that pushed me out of the way in the Express Lane "because you were in a hurry". Typical of the type of customer in that supermarket. Quite frankly, I don't know how any of the staff can stand dealing with that clientele.

Every time I call for either a refill or prescription they have bad attitudes and seemed annoyed that I even called. I've even spoke to the manager of the store and the manager of the pharmacy about how they treat their customers. I just called today and got the same attitude. I truly hate using the Publix pharmacy. I only use it because it's convenient when I go shopping and if there was a different grocery store in the acreage I would never step into a Publix again

The Publix Pharmacy in Loxahatchee is discriminating against Hispanics. With today"s Covid concerns, I immediately rushed a booster. A young man at the pharmacy stated that "I looked fine, and why would I need the booster"? I'm approaching my 70s with health concerns!!! I'm appallled at this behavior. Also, He declined to give me the booster because "I have no insurance". How can that be??? The government has approved and is paying for this very service?? This demonstrates the racism at this Publix.
