Don't bring your rabbit here!Dr. Decharry is an absolute fraud. I took my rabbit here for a check up and to get the R(V)HD vaccine, which was the main reason for my visit, as well as to discuss neutering. This is my first rabbit and I didnt have an idea of what a full rabbit exam should look like until after I had to take my rabbit to a different vet and saw the thorough process.Dr. Decharry didnt check teeth or ears with an LED Otoscope, instead looked manually, and didnt listen to organs other than the lungs. She basically took a quick look at him, checked his temperature and asked what I was doing at home. Also, the tech mishandled my bunny, she was so rough, that I had to ask her multiple times to let him go after she had her full body weight on my 3.5 lbs rabbit. Clearly they don't know how to handle rabbits. To top it all off, THEY DON'T VACCINATE RABBITS. The receptionist lied to me and said they offer the vaccine and only after the appointment is when the Dr. said they don't offer it. I expressed to the Dr. that I was told they did offer the vaccine, so she tried to get me to visit The Bird & Exotic Hospital and when I called them, they said I needed to establish being a patient at their facility, which makes sense, and pay for an exam all over again. Dr. Decharry made it seem as though they were affiliated somehow. This might be an okay place for birds, but I wouldnt trust them with rabbits and especially wouldnt trust their work ethic if they can so easily lie the way they did to me.

Jen and Brianne are the sweetest. It’s such a lovely clinic and the prices for check ups and boarding are incredibly reasonable. If you’re a bird owner in the Palm Beach area, I highly recommend this place.

TRASH! and so is the owner. Sold me a bird with a swollen liver and it died and she wants ME to pay for histopathology when shes the owner of the clinic.

I took my bunny here after she received a puncture wound and the staff was INCREDIBLE. They were so kind, they got me right in (even though I didn't have an appointment), and they were so loving with my bunny. I would recommend them... 10/10...and I will definitely be using them for all of my future visits for our family's bunny. You can tell they really love animals and they took their time with me to make sure my bunny got the best care.

Brought my 4 yr old bearded dragon bc he wasnt moving well, not eating and I was concerned. Xrays and fecal all came back good. She told me she thought the beardie was going into brumation. Nothing I read mentioned jerky movements in brumation, my lizard was acting like he had parkinsons. She even mentioned he pooped on the xray table and it wasnt looking right. His fat pads were sunken. She shouldve KNOWN something was wrong, shes an exotic vet! Gave me antibiotics "just in case" and 24 hrs later, my beardie was dead. I put my trust in this lady and am completely devastated. I called the office to let them know he died and wasnt brumating and the dr couldnt find 5 minutes of her day to give me condolences. She may be great with the birds, but she failed my beardie. I am so Heartbroken.

So sad tonight as we lost our precious pet to extensive liver disease but more than that I believe to neglect. We brought our bird in 1 week ago and after 3 days felt she would heal quicker at home. She did! She was talking to us again and eating. Then Saturday came for her treatment and Dr. Clubb stated she thought we caused more stress and we should leave her. BIGGEST mistake! You do not treat a bird 1x and put back in a cage without checking on her the rest of the day until midday Sun. Well today we went to dehydrated, respiratory distress, had not eaten all weekend. Why didn't you put an IV? Hand feed her? O2????? You live there. Wouldn't you check on her more frequently? We took her home ...she ate in car and then hand fed at home. Took her to another vet who is so unlike you...COMPASIONATE, empathetic, kind and loving. He euthanized her with LOVE NOT your ice coldness. You had her suffer for 2m5 days. No one should EVER take an animal to you. We have gone to you for 8 years and never have I experienced such a cold person. Vets are supposed to be loving. If you have a sick bird please do not come here. You do not put a bird in a cage and leave them. You STARVED her you should not practice as a vet.

It takes a great deal of patience to treat a patient with a chronic illness. It takes even more to be supportive of the anxious Pet Parent! Dr Clubb cares for us BOTH!! Every few weeks Ollie and I schedule time to chill without his collar on. We arrive late morning and his collar is removed. We Adjourn to the lovely patio overlooking the Rainforest grounds and Ollie gets a spray shower and a chance to preen and enjoy to UV rays. When he is completely dry he is seen by his doctor , Dr Clubb, where we revue his recent medication and his refreshed collar is reapplied. It takes a skilled tech to do this but I watch carefully - maybe one day I could do it. I am grateful for the time she allows us at each of these repeat visits. Lynne Singerman
