Terrible customer service lately
I used to come to this USPS location all the time and never had an issue. There was a very kind lady and a few helpful gentlemen who always made the process smooth. But the last two times I’ve come, the service has been awful.
I went yesterday around 3:30 p.m. and the woman working that time had a terrible attitude. I always go in, give the address, and they take care of everything. This time she told me they no longer had regular packages and if I wanted to ship something, I’d have to pay for express. I’ve done this before, and she just said “no” without offering any help or explanation.
There was even a lady ahead of me who had the exact same issue. Clearly, these new employees don’t want to work. It’s really disappointing because this place used to be reliable for me. If someone doesn’t want to do their job, they should be replaced with someone who actually does.

Nasty and disorganized. Waited an hour for a package, then sent to a different post office because they insisted it was there, then sent back to the same post office, then sent back to the different post office again. There goes my day. I am annoyed and had no idea where my package is. There is no reason or right for them to be rude when they’re making mistakes which have sucked up my day and gas tank. Very unprofessional and dimwitted.

The delivery man at this facility says on all my orders that I told him I wanted to go pick it up at the office when he didn't even call me, he should be fired!!!

Website says they're open Saturday from 8 to 12:00 somebody needs to update this info I guess I'll do it seeing to that the individual that's getting paid $100,000 a year can't do their job

I went in today for a change of address. The clerk that helped me was very kind and attentive. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great experience!

Honestly this isn't the first time I've had this experience with this post office constantly trying to get the most out of you when you're sending a something so small FedEx UPS absolutely willing to go the extra mile but USPS please!

I’m extremely disappointed with their service. Not only did they give my package to another person without confirming it was their package the manager refused to speak to me while i was there. I wish i could give 0 stars

I had a choice of which Post Office to go to and decided to try this location. Yes, parking is an issue so I'm guessing the local carriers park in the same lot - BAD idea! I have back issues so have a handicapped placard and fortunately that spot was open.Both clerks were busy but pleasant as they expedited waiting on people. My clerk was very understanding as I had left my readers behind and pointed to where I needed to fill to out info. Much appreciated.I will return. Sorry others are having so much difficulty. Bad optics USPS. Answer your phone and use care in delivering packages!

Piling boxes on top of wet boxes for days in the RAIN , is not funny ! I guess the note left in the mail box, going to be away for Christmas makes it even funnier! I think it's time to drug test !
