Genuinely nice staff. Very helpful. Courteous. They just make you feel welcome and you leave feeling like you got something out of the visit.
Perspective: I literally bought hairspray and toothpaste. They did all of that for just hairspray and toothpaste.

Update: Went back to the pharmacy today out of absolute necessity and had another bad experience with pharmacist Paul. Asked a simple yes or no question and he replied with a no plus another incredibly condescending remark. I have had multiple interactions with him and he always has a negative and patronizing response. Not sure why he can’t deal with customers without the attitude. Glad I switched to Costco pharmacy down the street.
Original review: The customer service in the pharmacy is repeatedly terrible. The pharmacy techs and pharmacist are rude and condescending. I have put up with it for years because the location is convenient but after calling today and once again being treated in a patronizing and insolent manner I called all of my doctors and had them switch my prescriptions to a new pharmacy. Obviously Walgreens doesn’t care, but I spend close to $15,000 per year on prescriptions alone and will now be spending that money elsewhere.

The pharmacy at this location is amongst the most combative and least helpful consumer experience I've ever had.
Using your medication as a form of control against you to make you jump through hoops. Seemingly for their own ego or misery. Get your meds else where.

Tiana is an amazing associate. She is beyond helpful and very patient with the amount of customers she can handle at once. Based off my customer experience I believe she should be in management.

Kris my cashier was very nice, fast, and efficient with her service. I look alternative so I commonly have problems with how I am treated based on appearance but she was so nice and made me feel very comfortable!

I recently sustained a work-related injury and required immediate prophylactic treatment. I requested that my prescription be sent to this Walgreens location due to its proximity to the clinic I visited. Despite clearly explaining the time-sensitive nature of my medications and presenting my worker's compensation documentation, the pharmacist refused to provide the medication. He stated, "Anyone can claim worker's compensation and come get free medication here, it doesn't work that way," disregarding the urgency of my situation. I was still in my scrubs, with the logo of my workplace visible, and had all necessary paperwork in hand. Unfortunately, I had to go to the ER to receive the first dose of the medication, as it was too late to have the prescription sent to another pharmacy.

I've been a patient at this pharmacy for almost 4 years now and the pharmacist Paul and his whole team are amazing so sweet and treat you with respect and understanding. Always an amazing experience when I come here and see Paul and his team ????

Extremely rude customer service, both in person and over the phone. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes every time you go to pick up an RX. Sometimes the pharmacy will just be closed during normal business hours and you’ll pull up to a sign on the window that says “closed - short staffed”. I only use this place because it’s the closest and thankfully I only have to go once a month but I end up angry every time I leave.

My Son was discharged from Palms West and two of the prescriptions were ready and two were not. Tech told me he would transfer it to another Walgreens near me. Tech never did. I called there wanting to know what happened a rude man answered and said we can't send it call the other Walgreens to request it. Total lie he could transfer it

The Walgreens Pharmacy at Crestwood and Southern is horrible.For the past three months they haven't gotten a prescription correctly, always late.After talking with "Mike" the managerI can understand why. Not a focus on the customer. Feels like they have very much lost touch that they are in a people business.
