The Walgreens Pharmacy at Crestwood and Southern is horrible.For the past three months they haven't gotten a prescription correctly, always late.After talking with "Mike" the managerI can understand why. Not a focus on the customer. Feels like they have very much lost touch that they are in a people business.

ERICA helped me at the pharmacy counter tonight. She took the time to look up the correct coupon I needed for my meds when she could have easily said it wasn’t her job to do it. And it wasn’t. She went above and beyond to help me, as a customer, and Walgreens is lucky to have her! All with a smile and she was polite and friendly throughout checking out my pharmacy needs! Thank you ERICA!

The pharmacist here is on a POWER TRIP. Won’t fulfill any prescription because my apt is 30 mins away. I’m sorry but I work in this town and pay to rent work space in this town. How can I not get the prescription filled? Do not go here and watch out for the pharmacist who treats his workers like trash. They are all visibly afraid of this man.

I was at this Walgreens today (1700 hrs) to pick up my prescription. The line was long but I waited patiently and even allowed an elderly woman to go in front of me. After waiting nearly half an hour it was my turn. A black female, who has just entered the store, just stepped to the front of me and another White Male. I told the Black Female customer and the Black Female cashier that I had been waiting for a long time and I would appreciate being served. The customer didn't even say sorry or move over, she looked at me like I was garbage. Then the cashier told me that she didn't see me or the other White Males waiting and she is still serving the Black Female and told me to be patient. I haven't felt like this since I was a boy and people told my family we couldn't stay at the hotels in Ocean City, NJ because we are Italian. I called corporate and explained the problem I was given a case number but no way to retrieve my medications.

What is wrong with this place? Took a week to fill insulin syringes, a staple of any pharmacy. SYRINGES. never even got them. I finally just ordered them from Amazon. Waited for my insulin for three days. Was told every single day multiple times it would be there in two hours. Got insulin approved by insurance for early refill had to address it three times because they could never get it right. Not only is this just a total ridiculous joke it’s literally dangerous for people’s health that they can’t even fill basic insulin supplies and insulin! Switched everything to my local pharmacy and thank god today is the last day I pick up a prescription from here. Unbelievable.

Only use this because it's the closest to my doctor's. Absolutely worst Pharmacy I've ever been two. They never seem to have my prescription ready when I drive up, sometimes it will be 24 hours later when the prescription was placed. This seems to be a consistent issue with this particular location and don't understand why they don't have prescriptions ready after 24 hours. Definitely would stop using this location if it wasn't so close to my doctor's office. Stay away if you can

The most horrible customer service EVER. where do I start. I just over the weekend ordered 20 Christmas cards. They sent me a notification that they are ready so my husband went and picked them up. He gets home with them and there is no envelopes. I called the store and they told me oh we are out. Well why wasn't i notified? How am I suppose to mail out Christmas cards with no envelopes?? And its 5x7 so I can't just got out and buy this size regular envelope. I am definitely disputing this charge. I can't use them. Then last week I ordered a small ornament. Got a notification it was ready. Went to pick it up they cant find it. Waited with my 5year old for 35 minutes because it was already paid for. Can't find it. I get accused of being at the wrong store. I finally left. Got a phone call later oh we found it. And this same thing happened when they couldn't find my order a few months ago NEVER EVER AGAIN!! not even an apology. The worse is the no envelopes and to not even say anything!!!

I love this Walgreens location. The staff is sooo nice and helpful. I attempted to coupon for a few personal items and the cashier helped me figure it out .

The staff here is so rude. On hold until it rings and rings and rings. Had to call them 3 times to get the Information I needed…I called back and said I was on hold and another person answered and said “I’m the pharmacist here how can I help you!?” She was so short with me and absolutely rude….Then I completed my Ipledge for acutane and they were like it hasn’t gone through on our end when I know damn well I completed my questions. It was the last day of the window and a man answered we can’t help you our system is secure and we can’t fill it for you until you complete the Ipledg questions which I told him I did..he said he’d call me back when it went through. He never called me for a follow up! Absolute horrible experience. Won’t be coming back. Poor customer service and very rude.

Update your hours for real it's not that hard to do. Closed at 9pm on Sunday but it says 12 midnight on here. Get with the times.

One of the worst Walgreens in the country. My Dr is in the hospital complex and they are next door. Their servers must be from 1990s. They NEVER have your prescription for hours after it's called in. They fight with you saying there is no prescription. Hours later when I make the drive home I get a text saying it's ready! I could right a novel here, but stay away!

The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. If someone does pick up..., they just quickly hang up, put you on hold, time and time again,...until they disconnect the call. Or, you're put on perpetual hold! They NEVER have our Rx's on time. " We'll get more tomorrow, " is a popular response, or " The pharmacist is reviewing your prescription. " No, he's not. " Rude? " another reviewer writes?? That is an understatement. You can always count on a 15-25 minute wait in the drive-thru line. " Sorry, ma'am, we're very busy, ". No, you're not. You're just lazy and impolite and couldn't care less about your customers.
