Not a good impression, a good business starts with employees positive attitude, I have been going to this convenience store precisely for the convenience to grab and go either in the morning or night time there are two specific employees that are always with bad attitude looking like miserables working at this particular location, they might do their job as a cashier at the gas station and other assignments but poorly customer services which makes all the good expectations to go to the trash, they should expect have some times customers asking questions for any type of reasons snd be able to answer politely with no attitude, don’t forget that we live in a world that we need to be treated with kindness and be gentle with each other, don’t go and get mad and share bitterness for any personal reasons that may have at that time remember when an employee provide great customer service no matter can be either in a bank, corporate or a gas station etc make enjoyable experience , working in contact with people is a plus to know how to treat customers, that is right …Amy said is in a position with no title as a baker but customer service skills should be your priority; the employee Amy said “this is not a bakery “ but I remember that you are selling hot food too and you are not working just to be a cashier at the gas station you are at the CONVENIENCE STORE and if you are running low or out of the hot food item that Seven eleven carries you should offer a kindly solution and it will be up to the customer if we decide to wait until is ready, there are days when one of the employees on the am shift tells you take 15 minutes to have ready the hot food while the other employees are saying differently other said 35 minutes and today Amy said 45 minutes, as a team you should go ahead get together and retrained to be able to know how long it takes to bake the hot food and Amy’s attitude was reflecting laziness to go and put something in the oven again, you are not a bakery but you work in a place that you sell hot food if you didn’t notice it. Hope this location have employees with a better attitude and learn how to treat customers and learn how to answer a simple question and no argue when a customer have to ask with all respect and manners for something that the convenience store sells.

Disgusting bathroom. If I can’t trust you to clean these why would I ever buy your food. Literal blood on the floor and toilet and lighting that would remind me of a crime scene. Won’t be back

This place continues to sell alcohol to people who are obviously intoxicated. And when I called the store to ask about it they don't seem to care. Maybe when they get sued they will.

If you enjoy getting your card skimmed and scammed this is the place!
A few months ago my card got skimmed here which I thought was a one-time deal that happens occasionally, but last week when I noticed something oddly hanging near one of the pump key pads I notified an employee of it to which they said "it was part of the pump & old" who then shoved it back how it was. I found this alarming and used a different pump that did not have the same piece the employee "fixed". I only took a photo of it after she "fixed" it, so I unfortunately do not have a before photo of it hanging by glue, no screws or actual structure.
Then this week I bought some drinks later at night due to limited places being open and before I was prompted on the key pad I noticed the employee tapping their side of the screen more than normal. Then it showed over 9000 reward points that I knew were not mine; so this employee is stealing reward points on purchases of customers including myself, so I am now not able to use my own reward points...
This "business" needs to be investigated by law enforcement.
I highly suggest avoiding this location at all costs, especially if you are local because this business & people working it are not looking out for the community that puts food on their table.

Crack head at the register was mad over a drink when I tried to pay. Bro was sketchy. Would not go in. 9/28 11:00 pm. Respectfully fire that man.

BEWARE: I was scammed for $126 after I filled my tank with my debit card at the pump.. waiting for a resolution from their manager. Never happened to me before, especially after traveling across the country twice. But of course this would happen in Florida.

Crack head at the front got mad I tried a drink from the fountain. Dude looked like he was tweakin on drugs. Would not recommend.

Came in around 11 pm and was kicked out of the store by a crack head for refusing to pay for two drinks because I was trying the different drinks at the fountain.

I come to this store frequently and the management and employees have always been great. I've noticed them doing a good job keeping things cleaner than some other locations, and also maintaining higher standards to keep the store a safe place with some of the unusual customers that wonder in and out of various convenient stores doing weird things. It takes courage to speak out and hold people accountable to maintain a safe environment for normal customers and their children who are coming in and out and appreciate a good safe clean environment. Brown bearded man working there was extremely rude. Walked into the store while inhaling my vape, he proceeds to tell me i cannot do that, so obviously since the smoke is already in my lungs and i cannot make it disappear i say “ok” very calmly and respectfully. He then proceeds to go off on my and kick me out of the store refusing to understand the simple fact of how breathing works in general. Very unprofessional and felt as if i was being profiled. I was only there with my friend and repeatedly tried to calm him down so my friend could get what he came for but to no avail her refused to listen and demand i leave. Very rude, very disrespectful, and very unprofessional

Used to be go to spot obese girl working today didn't feel like working I wasn't able to get my 2 for 5$ on the chicken kabobs or any kind of deal on them and she said she only had one 8 piece left... like excuse make me more??

7-Eleven has done alot to improve their stores, remodeling the run down stores, adding more lighting outside for customer safety, employees are wearing nice uniforms, the inside of the store was clean that includes the unisex restroom. Employees seem friendly and helpful ?

Short redheaded girl with glasses was rude to a regular customer that's why I changed store and I will not come to Collier parkway 7-Eleven off of 54th ever again because I don't want no problems I am a nurse and it was uncalled for her to behave in front of my two adult children.. I feel she should be reprimanded or fired from her job thank you have a lovely day and you're lucky I gave you one star
