The store was overpriced and felt crowded. The staff was not friendly. I found the adidas shoes I wanted online at Footlocker for $25 less, and went to a mall and purchased them.
I do not plan to return to the adidas Outlet Store in Lutz again.

05/25/2025 2:45 PM Horrible experience. The employees have no desire to help customers, and the cashiers charge whatever they want. Then, when you complain, they make you wait in line again, seemingly to see if you'll give up and leave so they don't correct their own mistake. They're rude. If I could give it 0 stars or negative, I would have.

This was one of the best Adidas outlets I’ve been to. Several employees, Gaby, Austin, and Marquise were the best workers I’ve encountered. They helped me find what I was looking for and even let me know if there was additional discounts. Will be back again! Thank you guys

Customer service was fine, looking to get yeezy but associate told me managers hold them for bulk buyers which is not fair. No size available.

This outlet store is amazing. It has discounts all year and you can find good deals at any time. Went there last week and we found what we were looking for. The place was clean and organized and the cashier was friendly. Overall it was a good deal and an excellent experience.

This store is a true outlet store price wise. It is well kept and customer service for me has been good since they opened years ago. Perla was excellent in my last visit this week for customer service, sales, pricing and she gave me a coupon. :)
