After my experience tonight, I would give my review zero stars if possible. I arrived at Aldi 5 min before closing, but I was not shopping. I simply came to pick up an online order. After following Instacart instructions to park in the pick up section, it alerted me that Aldi did not have an associate available to bring out my order and instructed me to go inside.
I went inside and noticed the doors were locked. This shocked me since it was before 8pm. I had already been waiting outside; and was now simply following Instacart instructions.
When I finally got the attention of the manager on duty, Kaitlyn, I told her I needed my pick up order. She repeated over and over again “I can’t help you. We are closed.”
I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life— my groceries were already ready, I had waited outside in the designated spots, and because they were short staffed, I had to pick up my order inside to find the store door closed before the time the store actually closed. I am truly shocked from this horrible experience and already have my pick up order ready at Publix tomorrow. Such a shame as I go to Aldi multiple times a week- I don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon after this terrible experience.

Only made a quick stop to grab water. The store was easy to navigate, found what I needed right away, and was gone in just a minute.
TRAFFIC WAS A NIGHTMARE PARKING WAS HELL! It was only 2:30 on a week day.

I love this place. Very bright atmosphere now. Great prices. Great selection. Organic food if you want that. Can't say enough. Good about Aldi. Those that poke fun at Aldi have never been in there before. I almost guarantee it! Even have my wife shopping there away from Publix which is fantastic for our wallet.
