Absolutely horrible customer service. Whoever the “Manager” was working the morning of 7/29/25 does not know how to handle customer service matters. My family and I will NOT be returning to this location.

I brought my daughter to the outlet mall to go to American eagle to exchange 2 pairs of jeans we got her for Christmas. I was already stressing because I had to go to the mall to do it. Cheryl took care of us and spent a lot of time helping us find jeans that fit, that my daughter liked, and jeans that didn't cost a fortune to buy. She was so friendly and helpful and sweet! I felt like she understood what I needed and she didn't stop until I was completely happy. Alex helped us check out and she was also extremely sweet and helpful. She assisted me in getting a credit card and explained everything in detail. All in all, after we left, my feelings towards going there did a complete 180, going from being completely stressed out to being so super happy about the entire trip. Thank you so much Cheryl and Alex for your help and time in taking care of us!! You're both the bombiest bomb ever!!

I've loved AE for over 20 years. I was a regular at the University Mall store many years ago. The Friday night employees at the Prime Outlet location are nice, patient, and didn't chase us out when we walked in at closing time, so I'll give them 5 stars for that.

This store is better as far as quantity of stock, over the Wiregrass Mall store. BUT a young lady whose names starts with an M in the dressing room was not very nice while my daughter was trying on clothes. We had a few questions about some sizing and she acted like we were bothering her every time we asked a question. I won't let her affect the 5 star rating though. Bc the lady at checkout was beyond 5 stars. And maybe "M" was having a bad day....week....or month. We all do. Just please train better in customer service for those on the floor helping in the dressing rooms.

Cheryl is by FAR the best retail manager I’ve ever met. She truly does care about what she does and who she does it for. Had a great conversation about working in retail and she really loves her industry! Great job AE!!! Keep her around and promote her!!

Customer service was horrible. 2 girls would rather sit around and gossip about thier personal life then to help paying customers. I walked out and went straight over to Levi where I purchased 2 pairs of jeans. Noone in your store was helpful at all or even greeted and asked if there was anything they could help with...definitely need to fix your staff!
