This Aspen Dental location has the most amazing staff. It’s like being at a boutique dental office. The level of personal care and hospitality is outstanding. I love every member of this staff. And, the quality of their services is top notch, and FAST! In a word, excellent. Or unbeatable. I highly recommend.

Terrible! If I could give 0 for customer service, I would. I made an appointment over a week ago. Specialist Christina took the insurance information and promised to call back the same day. The call did not happen, and I called back myself a few days later. Jarron's specialist again requested insurance information, I sent it to his email, after which Jarron confirmed receipt, but did not answer whether they accepted my insurance. The day before the appointment, I called again, to which Jarron informed me that he never received my insurance and tried to make a complete fool out of me.It’s difficult to say something about the doctors, I never got to see them, but the office staff leaves much to be desired and should be replaced! Don't waste your time and money!

What a wonderful experience! They took my son and daughter in for their back to back appointments immediately. The scans and exam were quick and thorough and everything was explained well. Looking forward to their cleanings. Highly recommend.

Charge me Email to see over $1700 for a procedure that averages from 300 I was checking to 500 my lower lip is still numbCharging three times the going rate is absurd. If I had not had the need to have it done, then I would not have used you, nor will I ever use you again.

From the time I walked in the door with a very rude receptionist to then the X-ray technician that had to retake several images because he couldn’t operate the system but the worst was the dentist who insisted that i didn’t have cavities and it was only stains on my teeth. I had 2 other dentist opinions and it was visible on the X-ray and the pain that those teeth needed fillings. One tooth which was not causing any problems she then said was infected and she wasn’t worth saving and she could extract it at that visit. I have never had a dentist say that a tooth couldn’t be restored and first and only option is to extract it immediately. Get a second opinion because it’s clear she wasn’t listening to what my concerns were and her inability to provide a treatment plan to restore existing teeth.

Received information from my insurance about this dentist so I made an online emergency appointment. I received a phone call on my way to the appointment asking what type of appointment I made. Then they told me they did not accept my insurance, but they do have a “care credit card” I could apply for and use. The lady who called me was very rude and nasty. And after they mentioned the credit card I knew they just wanted money. They have very poor customer interaction via phone. Did not even go in person after the horrible phone experience. For as big as a corporation Aspen Dental is you would think they could pay to have nice people for customer service. Not what they currently have. Not a good first impression of your business!!

The only complaint that I have is that when I was prescribed medication I requested an alternative. When I went to go pick up my meds the wrong medication was ordered. I requested the doctor's office as well as the Doctor to correct the mix up. The request was reissued to the pharmacy after three additional requests were made.

The staff here are AmaIng! Not only are they friendly and take their time to make you feel comfortable but they go above and beyond to accommodate their patients. Would highly reccomend Aspen Dental?
