I had a good conversation with DANNY about transferring my landline number to my existing AT&T family plan. It was obvious to me that Danny knew what he was talking about. Respectful, knowledgeable, and the interaction made us feel like we had known him for years. I strongly recommend this store and Danny.

I’m not big on writing reviews but the employee at this location, Daniel, gave outstanding customer service. Daniel was working the location alone, not only was he busy with customers, he displayed a genuine care for each of us. There was a constant flow of customers, some of us were in the middle of phone updates that required an extended amount of time there - of which is never a good way to spend a Friday. Daniel however, has such a positive attitude that the experience was actually pleasant! AT&T is fortunate to have a representative of their culture to give such exceptional customer service! Thank you Daniel for taking the time for myself and my sister - AT&T is lucky to have you!

I initially gave 5 stars, but now I'm disappointed. The employee gave me a lot of misinformation in my first visit. Happy to hear that the company fired him, but not happy to honor the misinformation.

The manager, Ron was awesome and even stayed after the store was closed just to make sure everything was set up on my phone properly and my service was working. He also brought to my attention a discount on my bill that I qualified for that would save me tons of money.

I had an issue with porting one of three lines. Lisa greeted us as we walked in. Made it a smooth transition in getting our son's phone up and working. Will definitely go back to this location again!

They said there was a 17% discount for having a Costco membership - no such thing. I was supposed to get a $22.50 credit towards a new phone, but they accidentally signed me up under the wrong program and I didn't get that. They tried to transfer data between my old and new phone for 4+ hours and couldn't do it - took me 10 minutes at home. Without asking they sign you up for phone insurance ($27/month) and "ATT Next" for $5/month. Ultimately about $122/month when I left the store - for 1 line- when I was expecting about $65. So I have to turn the phone back in, pay a $50 re-stock fee, and I lose my sign-up fee... but I'm going to T-Mobile or Spectrum. Deceptive tactics and poor service.

I had a awesome experience 3/5/2022 at this AT&T location. Lisa and the other gentleman was amazingly helpful and had a lot of knowledge. Sorry I don’t remember his name but he was so patient and polite and full of knowledge. I look forward to going back to this store for all of my needs if these two employees are there to assist.

I ordered a phone online to pickup in the store. Greg was very busy all night, but stayed past closing to let me get the phone. When we were doing the process, there was some glitches in the system from the website side that would be worked out by morning, no problem. When I went to leave, I noticed my current phone had no service, his customer support team ported my number before I had a phone in hand. Greg stayed with me until midnight (they close at 8) and would not leave until I had a working device. Words can’t express the gratitude and appreciation I have for him doing that. That’s amazing customer service and I will definitely keep going to see him for all AT&T business.Thank you.
