Danielle (manager) and Felix (authorized dealer) Best customer service ever!! Rolled over from Verizon they took their time to explain our plans. We are saving over $200 by moving over to AT&T. They made sure to go through everything so we understood what we were buying and paying for. If you want no games and no hassle and great customer service come to this store and ask for Felix and Danielle !

I came in to transfer and upgrade my phone from another provider. Felix immediately greeted me and assisted me. We ran into a few hiccups due to transferring from another provider and Felix was VERY patient. He was very informative and super transparent. We were able to get me transferred and even got accessories with my new phone. If you want superb customer service and 100% transparency come to this store !! The store manager Danielle is amazing as well and made sure I received 5 star service. I came back the next day with my family and Danielle and Felix got them upgraded too ! I am very happy to become apart of the Att family. I will only be shopping from this store from now on for all my phone needs and accessories

I had an excellent experience at this AT&T store thanks to Danielle! Despite being the only staff member on duty with a long line of customers, she managed to assist everyone efficiently and effectively. Her patience and knowledge allowed me to get exactly what I needed done without feeling rushed. It's clear she cares about her customers, and I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service

Both Jairo and his manager were informative, professional, friendly and explained things very simply and clearly for me to understand. I appreciated that Jairo did not hesitate to ask his manager for additional information or assistance. The manager was effectively and efficiently working with four different reps and their clients. I feel Jairo went above and beyond to answer all my how to and product questions. One of my best mobile store experiences.

I came at the end of the day towards closing time and Jacquie was SUPER sweet and helpful! I had to order my phone but I came back to the store and she helped me set everything up! Definitely come see Jacquie! 🙂

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Experience with Jackie at AT&T
We came in to add five new lines to our account—no small task, especially when you’re putting kids on phones and trying to juggle plans, features, and costs. Jackie was an absolute rockstar from start to finish.
She handled every detail with patience, professionalism, and a level of care that you just don’t see often anymore. Jackie made sure we maximized every available discount, explored all the best options for our family, and worked her magic to keep our bill as low as possible without sacrificing anything we needed.
She was efficient, transparent, and honestly just a joy to work with. If every customer service rep operated the way Jackie does, the world would be a better place.
To Jackie’s manager: she deserves a raise, a bonus, a trophy—something. AT&T is lucky to have her.
