I came here to get my battery tested and it needed replaced. Maggie tested it and noticed it was only 2 years old. She also noticed it was from a competitor and was probably still under warranty. I called the competitor to verify and sure enough it was. Maggie was willing to lose the sale in order to save me $260. Kiddos to an honest employee with tons of integrity! Thank you, Maggie!!

i went in there asking for tools and this older gentleman that was black say they don’t rent out tools when that was the policy on side of the building all i needed was one quick socket and he made it a very big deal and made my experience terrible

I'd like to recognize Arlyeh Emerson for his excellent customer service. Arlyeh not only helped me with picking my new air filter but was also kind enough to install it for me. I was never expecting this kind of service. It blew me away. Arlyeh is such a credit to this store/company. My serpentine belt got shredded and Isaac was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to explain the issue and even helped me replace it.
Excellent customer service is hard to fine these days but Isaac went above and beyond. I’m very grateful for his help today.
