Auto Zone in Lutz/Land O' Lakes on SR 54 continues to be top notch when it comes to products, service, professionalism, industry knowledge, and FRIENDLY, HELPFUL STAFF MEMBERS.
This was my 2nd car battery purchased here, and they installed it. I took advantage of their windshield wiper purchase here, install here, too, because another automotive store that used to do it no longer provides the service. Awesome job! I received a discount for returning my old battery, and they had a sale on windshield washer fluid. Thanks, Christian, for your smile and wonderful service today!

Called ahead of time for a pick up order to confirm it was ready. When I got there waited 10 minutes to be helped. Took 10 more mins to get my order. Worst pick up order service I've ever received

Rad was incredible. He created a very white glove experience for us and he went the extra mile to help get us the correct parts and products for our Toyota Corolla and he was very patient and knowledgeable and he is a great brand ambassador. Came in to get a headlight I needed and when I parked in handicap spot employee said that is for handicap only. Please note my handicap is on the tag and the employee insisted I was not handicap. Absolutely unprofessional behavior and nobody under any circumstances should have endured this hatred that the employee initiated.

Worst place I go in today and I get harassed and spoke to rude and nasty by a staff member and I will not spend my money no where I’m getting treated rude at all rude staffs and management don’t do shit at all
