First, let's talk about pricing. I was at this business 4 weeks ago and have been a steady customer for a year. I paid $75 for gel pedicure, gel manicure, and eyebrow waxing for the entire year. Today's visit was $115. That is a 35% increase in pricing! No signs were displayed to notify customers of a large increase. So that is issue #1. The tech who did my pedicure made my feet bleed and kept spraying alcohol on my wounds. Talk about a painful experience. I can't wear shoes feet hurt from all the cuts in my skin. Nail design was ok. Save yourself sticker shock and physical pain by staying away from this business.

I’ve been coming to this salon for the past three years and have always had great experiences—until now. Unfortunately, this recent visit was so disappointing that I won’t be returning. I believe the technician’s name was Michael, and the entire appointment felt rushed and careless.
From the start, he was extremely aggressive with my nails. He didn’t soak off my previous gel set—he drilled it directly off my natural nails, leaving them paper-thin and sensitive. While buffing, my nails were literally bending from how thin they had become. He didn’t properly file them to an even length or shape, and he skipped trimming my cuticles altogether, even though this was supposed to be a full manicure.
I asked for a thin French tip, but the lines were uneven and far too thick, and despite me politely asking multiple times for a thinner look (which was very possible), he refused to adjust them. I also requested a pearl chrome finish, and he assured me he had the right one—but it ended up turning my white French tips pink, which is not at all what I wanted. There was also leftover gel from my previous manicure still on my nails. To make matters worse, he nearly forgot the chrome entirely and left my hands under the lamp for longer than necessary, which made me feel like he wasn’t really paying attention or present.
I had originally scheduled a pedicure as well, but I was so upset with how the manicure was handled that I decided to cancel it and leave. It’s genuinely upsetting to feel forced to walk away from a salon I’ve been loyal to for years. This was the first time I left an appointment feeling regret instead of joy. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously—no client should feel like their concerns and comfort are being ignored.

This place made me cry at the age of 16, and again in my mid 30s after not going for two decades.
Once was for being cut several times and in pain which was ignored and the nail tech told me not to say anything or she would lose her job. The second time was for a man lecturing me for having wine at the sushi restaurant next door. God forbid I am finally able to enjoy myself after being bedridden and unable to walk for an entire year a week before getting my nails done.
I recommend not lecturing anyone when you do not know what they have been through. I was thoroughly enjoying my day and in high spirits until he acted like I was nothing but an unhealthy fat lazy slob. Felt really nice after all the weight I have gained being immobile for so long, not from my 3 glasses of wine. It was extremely condescending, and I find it ironic when he is not in the best shape himself.
Stick to doing nails and making your customers feel pretty. Not in physical pain, or even worse, emotional turmoil. I am surprised the woman ringing me up didn't notice my eyes tearing up although I was holding it back until I sobbed in my car.
I thought it was a weird coincidence I cried twice here, until my neighbor and I were going on our nightly walk past this place and I mentioned how this place made me cry twice, and she said a man working there did the same thing to her.

Rose charged me for a delux pedicure and only gave me a regular. I knew they'd scam us as they tried to up charge us the entire time. Don't go here.

My nails were weak and brittle, but after a few visits here, they feel so much stronger. They really care about nail health, not just aesthetics.

Coming here had such a different feel than my normal nail place. Only came in because they didn't have openings at my typical place for a pedicure and I really needed one! The vibe here just felt rushed and not relaxing. Plus the nail tech I had cut my toes! She nipped both my big toes when trimming the skin around the nails and tried to hide by putting a cotton ball on them and pressing. No sorry or anything. Like umm I felt you cut me. She eventually went and got the disinfectant to clean the area. But the way she acted, it was like she was scared of getting scolded because of her error. So given this I kept my mouth shut. I just won't be coming here again!

I like this place but I got my nails done and the quality of the polish wasn’t great. It peeled off soon after, like 2 hours and my toes were clumpy. The chemical smell was strong the day I went. The staff is very nice and the place is clean.

I found my new Pedicure place! About a month ago, my regular nail place closed without notice. Even through two owners, I had been going for about 10 years. I don't do manicures, but I do keep up with pedicures once a month so I knew I had to find a new spot, after quite a bit of searching and reading reviews, I found Bali, in the same plaza as the Publix we use! My experience started with a very warm welcome from Trish! I had made an appointment over the phone, and I was immediately assured to my seat after choosing a nail color. Sadly, I cannot remember the name of the lady who worked with me! She was absolutely wonderful. Upon leaving, I immediately booked my next appointment and will be seeing her every four weeks. I am so impressed by this overall experience and definitely give this nail spa a 10 out of 10!!!!

This place has become a hustle! They offered me this lux special that’s more than double the price of what I usually get. I asked the lady for the original menu that has what I usually get which is less than half of what I paid and the lady said this is the Lux menu and it’s the only menu. As I’m leaving , I see the original menu and called the lady out. She had nothing to say. They also did not even do a good job. I asked the lady a certain a question about one of my toes and she didn’t know. With all the nails spa’s in the area, there are better places to go with honest and fair people. My grandmother and I will stop coming here.
