I'm not a BOA customer but was referred here by my bank and my dad's stock company. My dad passed away in September and I'm trying to get his stock transferred to my name. In order to do this I need a medallion stamp. Only BOA and Chase bank do this as well as some finance companies. Came in and there is a desk at the front for someone to assist visitors however nobody there. Only 1 teller at the front so I stood in line and waited. Once he was available I explained my situation and he told me to have a seat. I sat and eventually a lady came over and said she'd have someone with me shortly. One of their lender professionals came and got me. I gave him all the paperwork but then he asked me for my debit card. I explained I wasn't a customer to which I was advised they couldn't help me. In order to get a stamp, you have to have an account. Well that ended that! Staff was nice and the place is very clean and nice seating area for customers. They lose a star because of the lack of staff in the front to help visitors that don't need banking with the teller. There were multiple folks that came in after me that stood at that desk to which I had to let them know to probably take a seat because they do have someone that will come out and ask who's next.

Worst Bank of America Branch in existence. One person working the counter. Taking his sweet time.Lady in front of me had waited over 40 minutes with hardly anyone in line. I had to leave and go to a different location. They need to hire more employees or just close this branch.

The ATM machine that is located inside the lobby is always not working correctly. I made a deposit, and the machine randomly shut down. I had to go through the claim process. Save yourself the headache by doing a manual deposit at this location

If I could give 0 stars for this location, I would. So incredibly slow, I’ve been waiting nearly 40 minutes in this line. Why is there only 1 teller at the counter?? This is completely unacceptable. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!

This is by far the worst BOA location I have ever dealt with. I have been doing business with BOA for 25 years and do millions of dollars in transactions through all of my businesses. From the manager (Curleta Halley) to the Relationship banker (Egemen Cicek) no one knows what they are doing. I made an appointment to be seen but when I got there I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before they took me in. I literally watched them take walk-ins before me so I complained and they had nothing to say but we are sorry. This time around I needed to transfer money from one of my accounts to another and I gave them them account number along with my license and they said to me that I'm not a signer on my own account. Apparently they forgot to have me sign some document so I said to them fine, let's sign it now and move on. Egemen Cicek told me that's not possible as there are other people waiting in front of me and even though he acknowledged this as his mistake, he still was unwilling to make me a priority. This bank and it's employees lack basic customer service skills and if I wasn't so intrenched with BOA I would change banks. Actually moving forward I will not be opening any future accounts with these morons.

Understand that there is COVID but this location seems to be taking a beating by being closed most of the time & the drive through seems permanently CLOSED. What makes up for the closed time loss is their ever friendly & polite Branch Manager Mr Hanif who is GREAT & the reason to hang on to BOA.

This place cant even input numbers correctly for a wire transfer. Wanda input the numbers wrong and now thousands of dollars that should be in another country right now is in "limbo" couldnt edit the transfer she made so it had to be cancelled. This process started 12.14 it's now 12.21 and the recipient of the transfer has no money and the money is not in the account either. After 4 in person visits. 2 phone calls and several unanswered calls and voicemails...here we are still waiting for the money to be in the account 1 week later!Terrible customer service as far as getting things done. Super nice in person but wheres the money and the service you promised??? And nothing done to try to rectify the situation. Go to Chase - Americas number 1 rated bank... BOA is rated number 2 but after this should be further down the list.

I went today. They were great and the manager, Hanif, was AMAZING! I genuinely felt like he cared for me and my finances. He guide me, answered all of my questions, assist me very professionally and friendly. I recommend this office.

Poor service, tellers not helpful to your requests, .... long wait times.They take their sweet time and u have to wait and wait and wait . Long unnecessary conversations which everyone can hear unrelated to the bank ..while u are waiting . No sense of urgency .
