Karin the lab tech was very welcoming on this early morning. She took care of business and drew my blood very quickly and easily. It is NOT easy to draw blood on such tiny veins. She took out the butterfly needle and all done within a few minutes. All Baycare facilities and staff are amazing! Ty

Got there a few minutes before my appointment and was taken right away. The phlebotomist (Sherin) was very pleasant, and professional, answered my questions, and was very helpful.
