Not very helpful I asked them exactly what they had in stock ready to go I'm coming from a far distance the woman could not tell me what she had ready she wanted me to go to a website and then call them back. went in circles with me this is such a turn-off

Excellent service, no issues with warranty. My Toro super recycler is almost 5 years old, still start with one pull and do the job. I take it once a year Braun’s for tune up. Purchase price was better than Home Depot.

I did not buy my mower from there and they helped me with my warranty issue as if I had. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I can assure you my next Toro purchase will be from Braun.

Great to do business with a local family owned business. Been in Lutz for 50+ years. Got a great deal on a new Toro - better machine for same price I would have paid for the lower powered version at Home Depot and I know if I have a problem, they will take care of it for me.

I checked into the hours of operation. The business is only open until 4pm and closed on weekends. Could you please adjust the hours to stay open until 5pm for us working stiffs. .I want to buy a Toro.
