We had an extremely disappointing experience at the Calvin Klein outlet in Tampa, which unfortunately ruined what had been a good day of shopping with my family. On a family-friendly Sunday, my father and I arrived at the store at 5:53 PM, only to find the doors already locked—despite the store clearly advertising that it remains open until 6 PM.
We knocked, and after some time, a female employee opened the door. We explained that we knew exactly what we needed and would only take a few minutes. My father quickly entered, picked up the item we had planned to buy, and made a purchase—an expensive one, I might add—within five minutes.
However, instead of a simple, courteous interaction, the situation took a very upsetting turn. The female worker responded with visible disgust, humiliated my father in front of other customers, and even went as far as to say his picture had been taken and that he was no longer welcome in the store. This was not only completely uncalled for, but also deeply embarrassing and disrespectful, especially to someone who had just made a legitimate purchase well within posted store hours.
This behavior is unacceptable and not something we expect from a brand like Calvin Klein. We urge the management at the Calvin Klein Tampa outlet to take this seriously, review their staff's approach to customer service, and ensure no other customer is treated this way again.

Very poor experience. I went in to this location for the first time this past weekend, needing to return/exchange an item I did not have the receipt for. I’ve worked in retail in the past, I understand returning without a receipt comes with its complications, but the item was not damaged and still had original tags attached. I wasn’t under the impression I’d get a full refund/a credit at all. I’m fairly sure I even asked the late-middle aged manager (with dark brown hair) if I could even do the return. Apparently this store makes their own policies. She granted me a one time “courtesy” credit, which I thought was fair. I then used that credit towards a new purchase (of regular priced items) and paid the difference. She then made her own policy and said that the new items I am purchasing are “final sale” because of that courtesy credit she so kindly granted me. I’ve never heard of that policy, so I guess it’s new! But I went with it, no prob.But here’s where I have an issue— it just so happened that day I was with my sister. She lives in a different home, has a different bank account, different credit card, completely different items, and made a separate transaction. She too purchased items that weekend, but unfortunately those items didn’t fit properly. When my sister had to return the items a few days later, the same manager basically accused her of returning MY “final sale” items for me. Meanwhile, my sister presented with the original receipt from purchase (literally only days prior), card used, and the items with the original tags. The manager called her out saying she remembers her and myself from the weekend and basically made her feel like she’s being treated like a scammer or something. Which was not the case at all. My sister is 5’9 and the dress she bought was too short. That’s it. So the hostility, attitude, and cattiness was just completely uncalled for.Basically all I’m trying to say, is this store’s elder manager lacks customer service skills and makes you feel like you’re some sort of thief or scammer for absolutely no reason and makes you not even want to return. If I had known my $14 return was going to turn into this and now make us hesitant on returning in fear that we’re going to be treated differently/watched, I would’ve just kept the item.Do better, lady!
