Terrible!! Absolute trash of a company! Multiple times can't log in during the first half hour of trading with thousands Lost! Having to wait over an hour for them to get their login to work again!

Had to drop off a check for a rollover IRA. Everyone was professional and friendly. The experience went well.

I didn't feel comfortable at this place. I have several accounts with Schwab with a healthy but not half million dollars.I basically left feeling like they only wanted me at this office if assigned there. I asked about getting assigned there since it is closer than assigned office. I was told that couldn't happen but they would still take care of me.I left feeling unwanted and kind of pushed out and did not get any answeres. They only seemed interested in helping if it lead to some kind of sale. I don't think I was even told to have a nice day. To be fair they did say i could make an appointment but my work schedule would not allow for that at the time as I was in peak oncall time and needed when needed.Hopefully when I visit my assigned office even though it's over twice the distance of the nearby office it will be better.I will probably just stick to online support which is better. I only went here hoping to demonstrate my issue.I don't believe the local offices are really for support just marketing and sales managers.

We parted ways with our financial advisor. Since he put our funds into Schwab, we had a learning curve figuring things out. Tom was far more helpful and attentive in 2 visits than our advisor was in months. We now have the confidence to trade on our own and know that Tom is there to help if needed. His wife and assistant, Ann, is great, too!

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Quick appointment to fit into my schedule. Mr. Tom McCormick took his time to assist me in opening a Roth IRA for my daughter. As a new investor he helped her feel confident investing for the long term and took whatever time needed to explain the Charles Schwab platform. Mr. McCormick is a great representative of the financial industry. Nicole his assistant was very polite and personable, overall great experience at the investment firm.

Charles Schwab company purchased TDAmeritrade I am with TD. TD had local branches for customers to use when needed. The two companies have not completely intergraded yet, but Schwab closed most of the TD branches. So far I don't care for the way they are going about the merger or the lack of communication with the customers.
