Super super bad customer service. Cashier (man) not friendly at all. No “hello”; No “Smile”. Couple months ago, I was turned down because they were too busy to help me. Said that I need an appointment. I asked can I have an appointment on next Monday? She said “No, it already fully booked”, she answered without looking to appointment book or dashboard.

I went to get money out of the ATM. And the money did not come out of the atm I looked in my app and chase took my money out of my account. I left the car parked in front of the ATM went inside the branch and told them. They told me to pull my car out of from the atm parked. I did went inside they made a claim and they told me that within two days they would give me my refund. Now they are saying 12 days from today. They are quick to take your money but slow as hell to give it back.

The Chase app is always down, the atm is always down, and now my account isn't reflecting the correct amount. I went there to speak with someone 2 days ago and there was a paper on the door saying closed indefinitely?Nice people work there but banking is very inconvenient and I can't speak to anyone for another 2 days!

The Vice President\Branch Manager Diane is absolutely great, she’s been so helpful every-time I’ve been in or emailed her for help with my banking. She’s gone out of her way numerous times to ensure I was taken care of as a customer. Thank you Diane for all that you do!

No one answers the phone called multiple times to ask some questions. Chase has lost my business and I will not be banking with them.

Only one ATM and it’s broken. When I called the branch to let them know, they did not give an ETA when it would be fixed. The gal only said that they are working on it.

I took my younger brother to open his first bank account here and Flor was the absolute best. She answered every little question my brother had and was very patient. Our experience at this chase bank was very good thanks to Flor. ?

I went in for a cashier's check expecting to wait for awhile. Someone helped me right away, and I had my check in hand in less than 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly!

Worst customer service, was turned down because they were to busy and to busy to help me(existing customer). If I would of known to make an appt I would of but nothing says by appt only and they had no waiting list set up for walk in’s. I’m literally on the verge of pulling all my money out and canceling my chase credit card due this situation! This is not good customer service!

Mahindra aka Max provides excellent customer service to Mac Daddy Sales and Services. We have a runner drop off payments so we rarely see him but its a relief to now that he will provide his attention to detail when the need arises. Thanks Max, Tamara Griffin
