I highly recommend working with Lisa Villarini at Chase Bank In Lutz, FL. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of opening a new account, and Lisa went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Even though the branch was closing at 5 PM, Lisa stayed well past closing time to assist us—something that is increasingly rare in today's fast-paced world.
From the moment we sat down with her, Lisa made us feel heard and truly valued. She took the time to listen to our needs, walked us through all our options, and answered every question with patience and clarity.
What impressed us most was Lisa’s integrity and the genuine respect she showed in handling our financial information. She treated our finances with the utmost care, and it was clear that her priority was to build a trusting and long-term relationship. In an industry where customer service can often feel impersonal, Lisa’s dedication to making us feel comfortable and respected was a refreshing change, and I can see why she is the Vice President Branch Manager.

In need of swift financial transactions and account-related inquiries, I visited a specific Chase Bank branch.Upon entering the bank, I received a warm welcome from the front desk staff who directed me to a knowledgeable bank executive to address my account concerns. The seamless transition facilitated a productive conversation regarding my account, providing valuable insights and solutions.Additionally, withdrawing money from my account was executed efficiently, without any unnecessary delays or complications. The overall experience at this Chase Bank branch exemplified professionalism and customer-centric service, making my visit both swift and satisfactory.

STAY AWAY FROM CHASE BANKAfter having an auto loan with Chase for almost 2 years, we decided to move our business to them and went into a branch and opened a checking and savings account as well as a business account. We gave them over $40,000 in deposits. My husband and I live in our RV full time and rent a privately owned lot. Therefore, our address is a PO Box. When we opened the account, this address was accepted. A few days later we received a letter saying that we needed to contact them. We did so and were informed that we needed to give them a physical address. When I learned that ALL MY MONEY was restricted from me until I gave a proper address, I did so AND gave them a signed lease agreement, proving the physical address. My accounts remain restricted and automatically paid bills like my car insurance etc. have been rejected. I will now have to put these payments on a credit card until Chase decides to unrestrict my accounts. We live in AMERICA not Communist China. They should have NEVER restricted my accounts over an address.STAY AWAY FROM CHASE BANK

Absolutely incompetent manager who won’t let you withdrawal your own money, then threatens to call other branches to not let you withdrawal your own money. Interrogate you on what you’re pulling your own money out for. Incompetent, absolute worst customer service. This location needs a management overhaul and a corporate trainer ASAP. Not that Chase will ever read this, but this experience is making it easier to want to switch banks.
