The service was good. I was disappointed with the selection. They had a good discount on shoes. But I travel for work and I always try to find a Converse store. I've seen better deals at other factory shops .

Ok, ok- Converse shoes are cool. BUT- seriously, I love the kids prints way more than than the womens prints! There were like three different shoes I would have bought in a heartbeat- IF they had them in adult sizes. But they don't. Boo

Stock wasn't great. There was only 1 variation of the type of shoe I was looking for. Some of the employees tried to help and that was nice. The store is too small, more than 10 customers and it's just a fustercluck in there. I left aggravated and had to order my product online since there are no other stores nearby. Probably won't go back to this store unless I just need basic all stars replacements or something

I expected a little more of a discount on Black Friday on the classic shoes, which didn’t happen but yet the converse store online gave it. I bought the classic converse at another store on a Black Friday special. They did have sales on their other NON classic shoes
