I shop at Costco in Wesley Chapel about once a month. It is a very busy place. I like the tastings they have of different food items they carry. Have bought items because of that which is of course the whole idea. Their steak is amazing. Milk good price. I go there to buy bulk items that i use all the time. Their Kirkland brand is very good. Sometimes when check out I buy myself the big hot dog and coke - cheap meal. When busy they still manage to check people out pretty quickly.

I love all Costco's and membership benefits. I also have a sams's club membership and there's a big difference in shopping experience. The club offers good deals on vacations, carry a wide range of organic products and their return policy can make a person gasp. Because they will believe in 100% customer satisfaction. I bought a printer used it for several months and realized it was too small to handle my larger tasks. I bought a larger printer and held on to my small HP printer since I wasn't sure what to do with it. But when I order some appliances the Costco rep on the phone told me that Costco would take back that printer I used, without a box and way past the timeline of returns. I was shocked that they would take it back and give me a credit. I've been a member Costco for over 10 years and have been a happy member for all of them. I love the ever changing deals they give and their service. When traveling to other states, a Costco is always easy to find nearby to purchase water and other food items for our stay. Lastly, you can find phenomenal wine and wine prices. I'm Kirkland for life!

I have been a member for over 20 years and I love Costco! Sadly, 3 years ago I moved to Spring Hill, Fl from Long Island, NY, and no matter what Costco location I go to, it's about an hour drive. For the life of me I cannot understand why a location is not being placed in Brooksville! The Spring Hill/Brooksville area has grown so much and it continues to grow very quickly! I hear everyone complaining that we don't have a Costco around here, yet nobody is reaching out and asking! I just see a bunch of false rumors on social media dating back to 2020, one of the stating a Costco will be opening up on Cortez, when I put the exact address in, it was Sam's warehouse. They are always so busy that I get anxiety when I go in, another reason Costco should be here! Please Costco CEO, can you at least look into it? Thank you so much.

Busy busy busy place. Jammed. Hard to maneuver around the crowd. Lines at the registers were so long we left without a purchase. Guess the prices were good.

Costco really has been going downhills. Their fruits and vegetables are not fresh. I saw mold on tomatoes, grapes, and strawberries today. Then when I was checking out, the lines were so unorganized and the cashier and another girl kept staring at my card and me to see if it’s the same person and saying they’ll let it slide this time. Like I spent money on my membership. This wasn’t free so no you weren’t doing me any favor. If anything you were inconveniencing me with all the questions and making me wait while you decide if I could use my own membership or not.

Costco is my go to place to stock up on eggs, chicken, bread, milk, frozen foods, water, paper towels and salads all at reasonable prices. Parking lot is usually crowded, but not impossible to find a spot. The service in the store is great, but the food court needs more workers to keep up. Also the tire center workers are very rude. Once I had trouble with the tire inflator machine as it wasn't working properly after waiting 20 minutes for it. It actually deflated my whole tire! The workers and manager ignored me at the gate so I went inside and was told someone would help me but they didn't come out until a half hour. It was really cold out that day, but I had no choice but to wait for someone to come out and help me get air back into the tire.

I'm a new customer and am hoping that the drive is going to be worth my time (60 miles). My first impression wasn't the best. I'm gonna chalk it up to holiday craziness.I'll go back next month and try again and see.I am a Sam's Club member as well and would have to say Sam's is a bit more organized.Okay, try again next month.Military friendly on membership.

I had to get new eyeglasses. Terrina helped me. She took so much time helping me pick out glasses and making sure they fit. So kind and knowledgeable.

Love coming here. Everything is always stocked to the brim even though every time I come here it's packed. Always a clean store as well. There is a door greeter who's name I can't remember but he is very friendly and always has something funny to say. Really the cherry on top of the visit. He deserves a raise!

Ugh, got membership while continuing Sam's. Costco had random good deals. Sam's is overall the winner for saving money on nice stuff.

I tend to shop here a lot because of the location to where I live, but I must say this is one of the busiest Costco's I've ever been to. No matter the time of day the store stays busy. The lines to check out are always extremely long, with only a few lanes open. Same with the gas station, be prepared to wait. My Number one pet peeve about Costco, if they only except Visa. Or Mastercard debit, only. For such a large conglomerate, the ways to pay, are very limited. And this can be aggravating. I've had a few issues with the produce in the last couple months. It doesn't seem very fresh and is going bad quickly. Costco is very good about the return policy, though it is inconvenient to have to return items in this state. They have a very large selection of items, and tend to get a lot of popular or trending items. Sometimes they have good sales on meat, but I do not see many great deals. I think this is mainly due to the abundance of shoppers, they don't feel the need.
