I would give zero stars. Units not secured from rodents. High rates went up on their rates every year and I had a unit for three years! And the staff is not very helpful or friendly.

CubeSmart offers competitive storage rates and a variety of options. However, not all locations are equal. If you choose CubeSmart for your storage needs, I would urge you to explore other locations that may be managed differently. I would not describe the team here as customer-centric. It felt like you were dealing with a robotic process and your business, even with multiple units, is nothing more than an account number to them.

Exit gate broken “we are supposed to be getting it fixed this year”.
Leftover trash from the sheet rock install was left in my unit upon move in.
Narrow passage ways it gets clogged up if busy.
Good rates and discounted first month. Contactless easy move in.

I needed a temporary solution while living in a smaller apartment to store some camping gear, tools, and craft show displays. Cubesmart made it quick and easy to get a unit, the lock was waiting for me, all I had to do was move in. To move out, I just needed to make a quick phone call, and I received my move-out statement via email the day after we vacated. Units were clean and easy to access.

Reserved and had my unit booked in about 20min. A rep called me shortly after to explain details about my unit. I was very pleased with the experience.
