Throughout the process of visiting, selecting and transferring to another unit, you were incredibly patient and helpful. I rent an outdoor space to park my highway tractor when I'm home. The reservation process is quick and easy and the customer service rep is very professional. Once I booked the space with the customer service rep, I immediately got a text and email confirmation. Then, within minutes, Dennis, the local Life Storage representative in Lutz, gave me a call to see if I had any questions. When I arrived the following weekend, check-in was quick and easy. The facility is clean and secure, and I was given a gate code to use when entering (I can't remember if access is 24/7). I couldn't be happier knowing my rig is safe and secure. I cannot recommend Dennis and Life Storage enough!

Love this location. Would highly recommend. Customer since 2020. Dennis is great! Helpful, friendly and always available. The property and building are always clean. No issues in the 4 years we've been here.

We set up our rental online and the process was seamless. Our unit was clean and comfortable upon bringing in our items to store. When it was time for move out Dennis was awesome and helpful in the process. Very friendly service. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to utilize climate controlled storage.
