I looked around for a storage unit and when I found Life Storage I knew I had found the right one. Dennis and Ramona were awesome and so helpful. The unit was secure and I was comfortable leaving my belongs there!!!!!I would like to edit my previous post!!!I have been renting a storage unit for two months at $67. For a climate controlled unit and now I received a notice stating my rental unit was going up to $110. Next month. When I called the company they told meThat they do not have set pricing and they raise their rates according to local rental place, that is why there is not contract. I will be looking for a new storage unit and am very disappointed….talk about BAIT and SWITCH!!!!!!

Had storage unit for 2 years. Very clean, well lit facility. Never felt unsafe. Close to home. Just closed out as no longer needed. Definitely will use this company again if needed.

Went in after reading the reviews if this location as well as other companies in the area. It was obvious that the reviews praising Dennis were authentic, and for good reason. My wife and I signed up and the process couldn't have been easier. Dennis had us squared away within a matter of minutes. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you Dennis!

I like this storage facility a lot. The Staff make getting settled in, or even transferring for less hassle and an uncomplicated process to do. It's well kept and is clean every time I've gone up there, showing they take pride in their customers and their comfort level. That's a plus to me. The prices aren't too costly for the sizes they offer and the units are pretty roomy to meet whatever storage space you might need.

Hands down the best storage facility I have ever worked with. The customer service is top notch, prices are unbeatable, and I feel confident that my belongings and unit are well looked after as the manager lives onsite! A lot of people like the 24/7 access, but I feel more secure knowing the gates close at 10 so there is less chance of riff raff going on. If you are going to rent a unit in the North Tampa area, this is it!

The property was always extremely clean. I never had an issue with entering or exiting the property. The staff was very friendly and available from day one . I would highly recommend this specific location.

Dennis was absolutely amazing to work with. He helped us secure a Unit inside as well as a spot for our camper. He always went above and beyond to help us whenever needed. He always made us feel like family and remembered us every-time we came in. Our stuff always stayed safe and cool never had any issues with easy access. This is a great facility this is my third unit here as always the best thing about this location is Dennis he truly is the best, top notch customer service he really gets to know you and makes sure you are well taken care of. Dennis is truly an asset to this company.
