Poor customer service unkind staff. This location has finally made me change pharmacies before I need anxiety meds to fill a prescription. If you self pay with no insurance they will destroy your wallet when their competitors can meet your needs.

Most incompetent pharmacy I have ever been too. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I honestly can’t wrap my head around the way cvs runs their pharmacies. I unfortunately have to go multiple times throughout the month and every visit is a nightmare. Whether it’s medications being unavailable and being told there’s no way to know when the shipment will be in, or being told to call them only to find out the only option is leaving a voicemail, or having to wait in line for 20-30 mins to just be greeted by a snotty cashier, there’s literally an issue every time.

This pharmacy is by far the worst. I only used it because my insurance made fill a 90 day script there. There is no communication, you need to leave messages to speak to the pharmacy, without getting a call back. If they bother to call back it is 4 hours later at the minimum. You have to jump through hoops to speak to someone and if you do they make you feel like you're a bother. I have always used Publix pharmacy and I guess I have been spoiled. Once I am able I am having my doctor call in a new script to my 90 day mail service. I am so sorry I chose to use this pharmacy. I highly recommend NOT to use

CVS, at this location, specifically the pharmacy, is horrible. People need medication due to medical conditions and this store does feel it necessary to fulfill their obligation to refill patient/customer scripts or have them ready when they say. The pharmacy leaves scripts sitting in the queue unfilled and instead of fixing their errors tell the customer they will have to come back. Multiple trips should not be necessary, not to mention the rudeness of the pharmacist, techs and clerks. The pharmacy REALLY needs to get it together. I'm sure no one will even read this survey but I'll stay hopeful!!

It’s the only place that takes my insurance. I’m going to go through the headache of switching insurance companies just to get away from CVS. It’s that bad.

This CVS pharmacy is a joke ( the front of the store is great). We lived in Illinois and loved our local CVS pharmacy team, which is why it is so disturbing that this one just cannot get it right. Land O lakes Florida CVS always has a problem with filling my medication and rarely can you get it the same day.My doctor sent 4 scripts yesterday. 3 were filled today, but one was not. I questioned why it was not filled and the clerk had no clue. He asked if I wanted to come back and pick it up another time, and I said no I would prefer to wait since it should have already been filled. He had me wait 40 minutes and and all of a sudden I received a text saying it is not available. No contact from him, just a text. I went up to the counter and asked what was going on, and after waiting 40 minutes was advised that they did not have the medication. They couldn't have told me yesterday when they got the script, or in the text they sent saying my meds were ready???or even before making me wait so long today??? Matthew the pharmacist is the only good thing about this location. It has been 5 years of mess ups at this location.I have called to complain before but things are still not getting better. They fill meds I do not need and rarely fill a script when it is sent. If you need an antibiotic, forget about getting it the same day. They are too slow about filling them. I have no choice but to use cvs for insurance but this location is awful. I give thousands of dollars a year of business for my meds and it is always a problem on almost every visit. The staff changes every time I am there, which says they cannot retain employees. I am just so fed up with this location that I am ready to switch to a further CVS to avoid the mess.If they are too busy to fill everyone's meds in a timely manner, then they need to hire another pharmacist.

My vet called in meds for my cat, when I got here they didn't have it, I came back later in the day and they had an account with no prescription, came back the next morning and after I was told they finally had it and it would take an hour- came in 2 hours later and they still didn't have it filled, was told to come back in another half hour so I did, still took about ten minutes to get the meds. So after 4 attempts in 2 days, I have my cats meds, and the pharmacy has my money, so that's nice.

They literally gave me someone else’s prescriptions and charged me for mine. What the heck am I supposed to do with 90 days of Parkinson’s medication? This could have killed me. This was the worst example. They also failed to go through my insurance for most of 2021. I gave it to them them twice. I’d say about 1/2 of my orders here are incorrect in one way or another. This place will bring out your inner karen, for sure.

This CVS is a little out of the way for me, but I like to bring the family here for vaccinations. They have a little side room separate from the Minute Clinic where they can quickly and kindly get the job done. Making appointments online takes a few minutes, but I've never had a long wait once the appointment is set up. Parking is adequate. Staff is friendly.
