i was there last night after having an issue with a Ryobi stick vacuum. The clerk Christina Aviles was absolutely amazing. She is beyond helpful & knowledgeable. This is so rare these days. I shall always go to this store instead of Home Depot or Lowes

Ordered tools from website Tuesday night, Wednesday the price drops and my items ships. I notice Thursday morning that the price reduced, I ask for the reduced price, told no, you'd have to ship it back, pay 20% restocking fee. Absolutely ridiculous. 0 stars on customer support. Called in, Naomi said same as the email team, nothing they can do.

Christine and Leah are amazing. Every time I go in that store, they go out of their way to help me get the right stuff. They even researched my past purchases to help me get the right blades for tools I bought in the past. It is so nice to be met with a happy smile and friendly words when I walk in the store. It really is a pleasure to buy tools at Direct Tools at Tampa Premium Outlets. Thank you.

I'll start by saying, "I love Ryobi, I don't buy anything else. This store is Ryobi Heaven. I felt like a kid in a candy store. And they have deals all the time. I recently bought a trailer for work and of course it's getting all ryobi tools. Stop by when ever your in the area. You won't be disappointed.
