I was standing there waiting for somebody to go to the cashier and there was African-American lady on her phone going back-and-forth and then I seen somebody messing with the balloons. She comes over and she said you could’ve came here. I said I didn’t know she is you should’ve said some I said you’re rude and she wouldn’t give me her name or nothing, I don’t know if you like people your business like that but that’s sad and she would not give it to me

This is probably the most unprofessional Dollar General store I have ever visited. The few time's I have been at this location there is drama between the manager and the employees. Discussions that should be in a private setting are within earshot of customers. I don't think i have ever been greeted at this location. The shelves are so over stocked that items get knocked onto the floor. I only go to this particular location because it's close but dread it.

Sitting in your parking lot at 832 right now and it says you're open. There's a guy sitting in a car facing the front door saying you don't open until 10. Maybe change your hours? I drove far as hell to come here for no reason.

I walked in no greeting,cashier had an attitude because he was dealing with what looks like an issue with a customer. When I get to cashier still not a greeting. I pay for my stuff and kindly asked if he had a larger bag for my toilet tissue. The cashier states what you see is what we got. I replied it's not my job to look and see what you got. The cashier replies well you have two eyes to see. Like what kind of service is this? Like I'm spending my money in your store to be treated like garbage. It's clear that he dont like his job. I left your store so pissed off

So funny there are multiple post about the way people are treated and how there stores are never clean or correct in pricing yet they don’t do anything about it! These girls love throwing carls number out because he is just as bad! I went in for deals and of course the girl wanted to argue when the prices were not correct and never are! I called corporate and they had Carl text me instead of calling how professional. He did that because he wanted to just find out my name because he has yet to call about the incident! Will be going above him and reaching the actual corporate! Something has to be done about this store! They need new management! Stop arguing with customers and being rude! You are so disrespectful! It does not surprise me after hearing what Carl is like as well.

I just had the worst experience with the Manager, Shelby, at the Wesley Chapel location. She arrogantly told me that I could call her manager, Carl, which I will immediately be doing. For months prices have been wrong so I always remember the prices and correct them at the register. Many people have told me to report the company for fraudulent advertising. However, since the other managers know that I’m correct I’ve worked with them and didn’t make a big deal of it until now. Shelby came out and stood there as if I was a criminal. I showed her the incorrect price so she authorized the cashier to make the correction. She raised her voice to me in front of customers and had me shaking. She told me to not shop there and to go to Walmart and that no one there likes me. When I asked for her manager’s contact info she told me to Google it. I will not be verbally abused and will ensure the district manager resolves this issue.

They sell things with roaches in them and rat bites plus the managers just a rude and nasty lady.
