Always the same employees that are there daily but they’re beyond helpful and they will bend over backwards to accommodate you.

They're a friendly bunch of people that work there, and the new remodel has allowed for my product to be on the shelf.
Good prices and friendly faces are a blessing at any store. I'm glad Lutz is blessed with these good folks.

Crew steals. I have personally watched the young closing manager tape barcodes from something else overtop of merchandise barcodes , and I've seen him do that a few times, he closes the store before 9pm all the time and he lets people just walk out with stuff . He's rude Old guy Denny and old lady Karen both need to be fired, poor customer service. They must not care or can't get people to apply.

I am retired and have spent over 30 years in retail and I will have to say that this Dollar General is undoubtedly the most organized most friendly store I have ever been in other than my own Of course; these guys are great. Don, Karen a Joel go the extra mile and always have a smile and they work way too hard for what they’re getting paid. I will have to say, the organization of the store is unbelievable with the amount of product that they get in weekly. I really have to hand it to them, in my opinion, they should get a raise and be appreciated by the company at how hard they work. God bless them all, over there. I will continue to shop at this Dollar General as long as I live or the store exists; so please visit the store on 41 in Lutz,Fl. So you can appreciate them as I do!

Nasty rude unprofessional freckle face brunette. Can't stand her job has an attitude every time I walk up and there is rude with customers all day everyday they should fire her. Very unprofessional rude comments walking up to the register just trying to check out rude as all ever. Fire her let her appreciate the fact that she even has a job let that lady go she's rude as all ever

This is a nice Dollar General store. I like their gift cards, gift wraps and gift bags for lower prices than other stores. I also like their snacks and candies. They have plenty of options for good prices. It was a good place to get Halloween treats. The store seems clean and nice.
