It was truely impressive to find that the staff assisting me (Ethan) knew the details about the quality leather of the store. Not just the details and quality but the functionality of options throughout the store.
To be honest, I passed the store many times but am glad I stopped in and Ethan was able to share the warranty and other great offerings of the brand.
Happy to be a new Ecco customer.
