Very nice store which always seems to be well stocked, neat, and easy to navigate. The sales associates here go above & beyond to make sure their customers are able to find what they are looking for. In addition, the employees direct you to sales/clearance areas and also offer helpful tips while shopping at this mall. A very nice shopping experience for sure.

The manager Carlos is extremely unprofessional. Overheard him calling one of his OWN employees the N word with a ER at the. The employee was very nice and helpful and helped me out the entire time. As for Carlos he's extremely rude, unprofessional & racist. I will no longer be coming to shopping there.

Just a small shout out to their customer service. They were able to process a return for me even though the store hours were not represented correctly on the outlet website. I so appreciate the team members going the extra step to help me out.

Excellent Service and selection! I stopped in thinking nothing would fit me as I’ve been unable to find any comfortable and fashion forward shoes for years - I’m between sizes with a wider foot. When Damien overheard me mention the one pair slipped a bit in back, he mentioned a little insert that did the trick. From there I was able to find four new pair and between the promo and clearance each pair was very reasonably priced! Damien and Carlos went above and beyond to accommodate - friendly, professional, not pushy. I highly recommend!

I went into The Tampa store yesterday, there was a young lady and a young man working. I was greeted right away by Jenn, she told me right away what the promotion was on everything that was in the store. She then asked me what type of shoe was I looking for. I'm in my late 70's and needed a good walking shoe, a dress shoe and I wanted a dress shoe for my husband. My husband is in a wheelchair and was not able to get out of his chair, Jenn told me that it was ok she would be able to help him while he stayed in his chair. She found me the perfect walking shoe and dress shoe. Then she grabbed 4 different styles of men's dress shoes for my husband, then she sat on the floor and put the shoes on my husband's feet. I've never had that type of customer service. She found the perfect shoe for my husband. I will be back to shop at this store. Jenn was the best and I would recommend everyone who shops there to work with her. She has the kindest heart when it comes to the customers she works with.

I went to Ecco in Tampa premium outlets today to return 1 of the 2 pairs I bought yesterday assisted by an Asian guy that was so helpful and nice (i forgot his name) and first the store was already close at 6:50 (they close at 7) I knock at the door because I live in tampa and the drive to wesley chapel took me an hour with the crazy holiday traffic to get there a lady name “Jenn” came to the door and I told her I drove an hour and is no 7 yet so with REALLY BAD ATTITUDE let me in and said I’m not giving you any money back cause I close the register said i paid with debit you can just put it in the card she start throwing things around YES THROWING!!! The keys she had in her hand and the metal register box she had outside I told her is no need for her to be throwing things and being so rude! She stay quiet and returned the shoes on my way out (she ask the Asian guy) that was there today too to open the door for me so I asked him for her name and she heard and start yelling YOU DONT NEED MY NAME! I responded YES I NEED IT! I need to tell the company the bad employee they have and you should be more thankful that you have one if that’s not the case then quick and stop treating people like this! And I leftYou can check for the last transaction done today Dec. 1st that was done at 6:56 pm that’s what my receipt says. I can only imagine how the guy feels to work with someone like her! I feel so bad for him :(

As we entered the door, an employee started yelling from the back of the store as she was walking toward us. "YOU MUST HAVE A MASK ON TO COME IN HERE". We turned and left the store. I saw 1 guy without a mask in the store also. It's the only store in the mall with a mask mandate. Thanks, but no thanks. I sent a note to Ecco and a DM did call me to discuss and will speak with the employee however I will not go back

So I find a nice pair of shoes but the right shoe poked a spot on my foot. They got another pair that did the same thing. They acknowledged they found that spot, the lady helping me had the gall to suggest it was something she would fix herself if she bought the shoes. So she would by 140.00 pair of shoes to fix herself so they could be worn?? Really?? Would you?

Bought sandals and they were defective. As we would with any other defective item, we brought them back to the store where we bought them. The store manager would not return them. He claimed that defective items could only be returned through the Ecco corporation. What a fail...weeks later and still NO REFUND from the Ecco corporation. I wish I had read the reviews of Ecco on Trustpilot before buying. Apparently, this is their level of customer service.
