Until now I have had a wonderful experience with this
Pharmacy. However They just stopped filling my medicine and didn’t really give me any sort of reason or bother communicating at all… I am super disappointed.

This is the best Pharmacy! My mother gets her med fill here every month and doesn’t have any problems receiving them. They are very nice and helpful. I really recommend this pharmacy to anybody.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever used. No joke. They are helpful, dependable, caring, and kind. If you're tired of the constant issues present at the chain pharmacies, do not hesitate to use Eckerds.

When I initially talked to the pharmacy they told me that I could pay $15 to get the prescription the next day. I went with this option and I did not receive the prescription until 3 days later. When I tried to address the issue over the phone they said that they did not receive my drivers license until the next evening when I sent it the second I got off the phone with them. They did not offer me any sort of compensation or compromise. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is bye far the best pharmacy I have ever used. They call you when prescriptions are ready, unlike some of the major chain ones that you can't even call into anymore. I used to get the worst anxiety walking into pharmacies ever since these electronic scripts hit the scene. Something would always be wrong. Not once have I had this issue since I started filling at Eckerds, they are super friendly and will work with you even if you have a business trip coming up and might need your script a day or 2 early. They even were the only pharmacy I could find that had my medication in stock during a national shortage. I also think most know that not all generics are are the same and they seem to always have the best brands in stock. Again I can't say enough good things about them. You certainly won't be disappointed if you give a em a try. I pass at least 10-15 other pharmacies on my way there and don't see myself ever switching to anywhere else

I had a wonderful experience working with pharmacist, Kevin Patel and his team. No one else could fill my much needed medication, but Mr. Patel went above and beyond for me to locate my script and within hours I was able to pick up my medication. This pharmacy actually connects you (very quickly) with a staff member, no riff raff whatsoever (like the old days) and they work their butts off for their patients. It was worth the drive to get to this beautiful location, I am now a life long customer of Eckerds Pharmacy.

This Eckerds is fantastic!! The pharmacist and his staff are welcoming, efficient and ready to help. I fill my mom’s medicines here all the time. I appreciate how they’re always willing to fax the doctor and help me get my mom’s meds when there are no more refills on file. I’m enjoy visiting them and appreciate their hard work. Fantastic service. Friendly family like atmosphere. The team here treated my family so well when we lived in Livingston. They never failed to update us, inform us or even just chat with us during our visits. We are going to miss this team but I highly suggest them for anyone in new tampa and lutz to visit and get your prescriptions filled.
