I cannot recommend Evan highly enough for his exceptional service as a realtor while helping me find a rental property in the Tampa, FL area. What would we have done without Evan!?
He stuck by us during the most insane, stressful time—selling our flooded house and getting us into a new one with a untraditional loan, all while my fiancée and I were literally about to have our first baby! He pulled off a miracle and got everything done within a week of our son being born.
Evan answered every single call, text, email, and silly questions we had. He never once rushed us, always took time to explain things, and worked tirelessly to make this impossible move happen.
Seriously, if you need an agent who is responsive, smart, and will fight for you through the toughest situation, partner with Evan. We can't thank or recommend him enough!

We put this man through hell & he stuck with us throughout the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable & professional.
He never stopped working, even while he was on vacation & when one of his family members fell ill, he continued to reply to our texts & emails and even send in offers for us during these times. I can go on & on about how great he is & how great 54 Realty is, but in short this company goes above & beyond for their clients. At this point I feel like he is family.

SEARCH NO MORE! Evan is your advocate for finding the home you want, as fast as you want, with real advice and all encompassing service from introduction to close. He got us money back through negotiations and He is ALWAYS available!
One thing we especially liked was his recommendations during house walk throughs which included honest observations and advice. Evan moves faster than everyone to ensure he served us at our pace!
