Trying my first pair of Birkenstock sandals. The staff is friendly and helpful. Pleased with the option to return if they don't work for me. They are different from any sandal I have ever purchased.

This place had a really nice selection as well and the prices were pretty good. We bought several pairs of shoes here and they have a large selection from everything from sneakers to dress shoes. The store was very busy when we were there but they had the help as well.

Bought shoes, my daughter had an online purchase to return. The sales girl was fast & efficient. And reordered the shoe for my daughter in correct size. One of the best I've encountered & I worked in retail 40 yrs!!! She needs to be recognized. She is outgoing, light brown hair, curly I think, 35ish. Sorry don't have her name.

7/6/23 2:30pm. The sales associate asked everyone if they need help but me. Well. The 2nd time he passed me up I told him I will answer his question that he asking to everyone but me. I get to the register and tell the Assistant Manager and she ignores me as well. I said " Well I see where he gets it from." They don't care for melanin.

Goodstore good shoes not able to find what I like anymore it's more of a younger generation I think now on the shoes are just not to my liking but good quality good prices

Just meh... not awesome deals. Lady at the cash was very kind but kept pushing socks upon us. Who needs socks in FLA???
