Came in wanting to learn more and test drive a Hummer EV SUV and salesman Jovon “greeted” us. I shouldn’t even say greeted because he never actually introduced himself, shook our hands or asked our names like the usual first interaction is with any salesperson. As a family of 5 I never seen or sat inside one of the new hummers, I thought it had a 3rd row which Jovon pointed out doesn’t have the option and said only the Yukons do. My first thought was ok maybe offer to show me a Yukon but no such offer was made. No big deal that isn’t what I came for I came for the Hummer. My husband and I were trying to see the inside of them to get an idea of its size and it wasn’t until my husband asked if we could see inside that the salesman got the key, which again a customer shouldn’t have to ask this it should be assumed to get a key to start giving us information and show us features. It was like trying to drag any information we could out of this salesman which all the years we purchased vehicles we have never felt more like an inconvenience. We were there to want information to purchase a vehicle which once upon a time would have mattered to a dealership, instead it was like we were a bother they didn’t want to deal with. My husband asked about the lease offers, but Jovon responded with “it depends”….we waited to see if he would continue and when he didn’t my husband asked “depends on what?” I even tried to explain the lease on my Jeep Wrangler was coming to an end and I wanted to consider the hummer as my replacement. When we realized we weren’t going to be offered any other information other then what we tried to drag out or even a test drive that it wasn’t worth our time. Normally in this situation a salesperson would hand you a card to call and work a future deal, but not even that was offered. We left truly dumbfounded by the lack of enthusiasm to sell us a vehicle so badly that I felt it would be in the dealerships best interest to know how little motivation their sales person had. I spoke with sales manager Jason explaining how we got nothing out of Jovon and the only response I got was he was shocked since Jovon was their Hummer expert. I was expecting the sales manager to at least try to get us to come back another day and speak with either himself or another sales person and wasn’t even getting offered that. If they had lines of people to help and were busy I would be like ok this wasn’t a good day let’s come back but we were the ONLY customers there. It is disappointing that after months I wanted to see this vehicle to purchase and made the effort to do so and be met with people who didn’t care about my business. If anyone sees this knows of a better GMC dealership and sales team please let me know.

My car has a motor light on. I dropped and they changed the oil and problem solved. My advice never change oil on place different than dealer. I changed before in "take 5 oil" place and looks like they put non-synthetic oil. Happy my car was still running.
Very happy about customer service with Buick this time.

We’ve bought three cars from this dealership and will not be back. We do not trust their service department at all. Based on other reviews and my recent experience their service department is obviously doing some shady things to get people back in the door with more issues. We had a complete diagnostics test on Monday, fixed what was urgent/needed. Thursday morning, I try to start my car and it won’t even turn on. There are plenty of other dealerships in the area, I’d suggest using one of those.

This was my first visit with recent auto I purchased at Ferman GMC. Overall it was a good experience. I arrived at 9:15 for my 9:20 scheduled service appointment. Once I made my way to waiting area it was about 2 hours with no updates from service? I approached service advisor for an update and from there he went to shop to find out. Ironically my car was finished at that time . Just brief updates while waiting would be good but overall I will bring my car back there again.

Brad and Amanda were perfect to work with. I drove 175 miles to get the absolute best deal. The communication was timely and excellent. They were very flexible so that I got the exact vehicle at the price I wanted. Finance was also super smooth with Ken. Definitely recommend Ferman!!

We had an appointment at 11:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I stated on the scheduling portal that I would be waiting for my car. When we arrived at the dealership we were told that our car would sit until everyone came back from lunch. His excuse was that people that said they were dropping off, decided to wait at the dealership. How was that our fault? We sat and waited for two and half hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and were never updated on the progress. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! There was never an apology at all.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Jason Croucher at this dealership and I was treated like Royalty. I have been in search for a car for over a year and could not figure out what I wanted. I am a creature of habit and change is very difficult for me. I dread car shopping and going back and forth negotiating. I loved my Jeep which made it even harder to make the decision to trade it in. Jason helped make this difficult process happen so effortlessly. He was very patient, knowledgeable, humble and kind. He understood my situation and helped me overcome my doubts and find the perfect vehicle. I did not feel pressured in any way, and he gave me options and ideas that were best for me, and I did not feel as if I was just a quick sale and a number for him. He valued my thoughts and walked me through the process step by step. I highly recommend Jason Croucher for your next vehicle as he was God Sent!!

Oil change appointment was easy to make. Staff was friendly. Work was completed in a timely manner. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. No issues.
