While we all no how terrible buying a car and dealing with he bs of a dealership, I have never had such a poor experience as this. I literally went to test drive a charger but not work the deal yet so that I could see which model i liked. I was then told no deal will go below msrp even though dealers are overloaded with inventory now that's not moving and people are no longer paying markups. He then proceeded to take my license and ask if we could test a drive a 60k car since they are all last edition. Came back and said we can only test drive a used one to preserve mileage on the new ones. I said so you want me to pay 60k but I can't test drive the car?!?! I will NEVER go back to this -hithole again. Never heard that in my life.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTSI had just recently bought a car through this dealership about 2 months ago and my car was already starting to have a good amount of issues. I took my car in to get it serviced and later the sales rep James Soto called me and tried ripping me off by $5,000 saying that my car had a bunch more issues than what it actually had when my car was getting serviced there. It doesn't even make sense why he would be calling me because he's not even in the service department. I took my car to a different mechanic that was recommend by 4 people I know to get everything looked at and fixed and they called back and are only charging me $700. Also not only that but I asked the Ferman service department to take a look at some smaller fixes to my car but none of that was even touched. My car just sat in their lot for 4 more days when I could have had it back way more early. Myself and my parents have told everybody we know personally not to buy through ferman especially through this one in Wesley Chapel.THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS

I've had my new truck for a little over a week now, but the team at Ferman was truly great every step of the way. I especially want to give extra thanks to Von who was my salesman. He was so much fun, he was understanding and I appreciated him being honest with me during my whole process. He made sure everything was good before I came back to get my truck after work and he followed up with me afterwards and that shows real compassion for his customers. Thanks guys for everything.

Drove two hours to come to this dealership to look at a car that was sold, after checking with Jayden 3 times before making the trip! Was told the car was here and it had sold days prior. Screw them!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible dealership Would never deal with them ever. Run!

I wish I could say that my experience with Ferman CJDR matched the majority of the reviews. I want to do business with them but was unable to purchase the vehicle for the advertised price. I was told I didn’t qualify for all the incentives despite having cash and perfect credit. That’s fine but the numbers provided to me don’t add up. Unfortunately at the end of the day I feel like the price of the vehicle was misrepresented. Hopefully this is an isolated experience but I would beware.Update:As requested I placed a call to the manager Luke Miller within 15 min of the response to my review. I had to leave a voicemail and after 4 days have yet to receive a response. Needless to say this was a negative experience and I have moved on. Just be aware.

My experience at Ferman Jeep of Wesley Chapel, FL was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new vehicle. My sales rep, Mr. Jim Pinckney, was awesome and very knowledgeable. I am so glad I stayed local to buy my new Rubicon in Wesley Chapel…. Everyone was most helpful to include Mr. John Hurley who helped me select and order other accessories for my new Jeep!!! Jason and Jim were great!! Communication was awesome . I’m a customer who drove all the way from Miami to purchase my new SRT Durango and they made the process one of the best I’ve had while purchasing a new vehicle.. 5 star service for sure. Can’t remember the guys name in finance but he was also great. FERMAN IS THE BEST!!!

I rarely give reviews, but I had the best experience at this Jeep dealership. I have been trying to get my car fixed due to electrical issues. I went to 7 different places before I found this one. All said they either couldn’t help me, did not know what was wrong, told me they had to keep my car for days (couldn’t do without a rental) or tried to charge me for things that were not the problem. When coming here Keith greeted me and assured me he could get it done that same day. They were so quick, efficient, and got my car back to normal same night so I didn’t have to rent a car. Great customer service too. I Highly recommend!!

I’m Jennifer Everett and I purchased my Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman with the expert assistance of Mr Doug, a 10 out of 10 experience for sure, so much so we drove from Alabama to do business here. From the initial contact on the phone to the in person process, there was no pressure, excellent customer service and respect shown to myself and my son. Thanks to Antwon in Finance and everyone else behind the scenes who made this a stress-free experience!

I took my gorgeous Jeep in for service for the first time a few days ago and the customer service was great. I loved how easy it was to drop of my Jeep. Later I received a text message letting me know that my Jeep was ready for pick up.

Stay away from this place. Especially the service department. I bought my car from them with a service package for oil change, air filter replacement, tire rotation, inspection, etc. charged me twice for said services, and told me to speak with the place I bought the package with for a refund. Classy response. My radios went out, paid for it to be looked out, and told it needs to be replaced. No big deal paying for that. Was told it's under warranty, and would be replace in a week. Had to pay $100 deductible though. 8 months later, and no response back from Emmet in service after leaving calls, and emails. Stay the f away from these people and their service

Mark was great, one of the best service advisor I've ever had through multiple dealerships. He was able to get my truck in on time for oil change etc. and found a nail in tire and was able to repair it same day without taking a bunch of my time up. I would recommend anyone taking their vehicle to this dealership.
