I used to go here back when their prices were reasonable. I like the stylists and everything. But then they started raising their prices and now it costs almost as much as going to a dedicated salon . So there's no reason to go to Great Clips.

Been coming here for a while with good results. But I recently got the worst cut of my entire life here by an older lady with platinum blonde hair. She argued with me when I told her what I wanted although in the end she did agree to only take half an inch off the length. She ended up taking about 6-7 inches off and gave me bangs that I DID NOT ask for. It’s very uneven and the front is somehow longer than the back. And I can’t get this fixed since she took so much off. Will take me years to get back to where I started when all I asked her for was a trim of half an inch.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, with great results. I just walked out with the worst haircut of my life. The hairstylist, an older woman with platinum blonde hair, spent five minutes arguing with me that there was nothing wrong with my hair the way she cut it. She’s trying to gaslight me into believing that my hairline wasn’t completely butchered and crooked right now. I’d like to talk to the owner about this

Do not bring your kids here. They literally just asked me to leave because my kid was crying during the haircut. He left with a half shaved head. Never again. What a joke of a place.
