When we walked in to Helzberg Diamonds at the Lutz outlets location, me and my husband was greeted by a fabulous sales associate by the name of Dorris. Dorris was phenomenal from the very beginning. The store was very organized, and clean. The sales associates greeted us with a smile and was very helpful, and knowledgeable when we were choosing our merchandise. Dorris who assisted us was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about the product. We would highly recommend this location for your selection of fabulous jewelry they have to offer.

Pam was absolutely incredible! She helped us find the perfect wedding band for me, and the entire experience was unlike any other jewelry store. Instead of just showing what was on display, Pam went above and beyond—showing us a variety of styles and helping us narrow it down to a ring my fiancée and I both loved.
The customization options were endless, and they even expedited shipping to make sure I received it before my deployment. On top of that, they offered a military discount and additional savings, which we really appreciated.
Pam was amazing to work with, and Justin was just as helpful when finalizing the order. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. If you’re shopping at this Helzberg Diamonds location, I highly recommend asking for Pam or Justin—they’ll take great care of you!

Linda and Pam were fantastic. I was looking for both a special style of diamond and setting for my fiancé. They spent a long time with me and kept me in the loop through the construction process and notified me the second they had it back. I'm so glad I took a chance and dropped in there.

My boyfriend and I were engagement ring shopping. No one tried to talk to us, nor show us anything. When we asked about a certain ring we were treated as though we couldn't afford that ring. We were told the price before she even opened the case. She proceeded to lift the ring towards the top of the glass but never removed it from the case. Who buys an engagement ring without being able to touch it or try it on? I was also told she would not size my finger unless I buy something, again how am i to buy something and try something on if she won't size me. We left with nothing and we will not be returning, at least not to this location.

5 STARS FOR JUSTIN!!! Exceptional customer service, really listened to my wants and needs and gave the best advice! I went to another jeweler yesterday that just didn't listen to me and it was so refreshing meeting JUSTIN! My 10 year anniversary rings are in the works and I can't wait to see how pretty they will come out, and I trust I will be happy as my order is in JUSTIN's hands!! AMAZING!!

Let me just start with...Linda is a GEM!! She was so patient and attentive. She knew what I wanted without me even having to say anything. My husband & I stopped at three other jewelers before Helzerg and didnt quite find what we liked. The moment we entered Helzberg Diamonds, Linda made sure we were well taken care of. This is at the Tampa Outlets. So is an outlet as well. Some good reduced prices. Not a big selection but probably just have to check often as stock changes. Bought a $1400 ring 75% off.

I received a beautiful Citizens watch via mail for Christmas. Helzberg is a dealer.The lovely young lady graciously adjusted the band to fit my wrist. And perfectly I might add. Unfortunately I did not capture her name or I would have given the shout out.Wonderful service.
